Clean staff was great

Our favorite resort in Cancun. We have been probably 10 times. The staff is amazing.

La ubicación del hotel es perfecta quedan tiendas y centro comercial justo al frente la playa es una belleza todo queda muy cerca los bares ofrecen muy buena bebida la atención de todos sus trabajadores es maravillosa y la comida es deliciosa es muy limpio el hotel la vista al mar de las habitaciones son un sueño y el servicio de habitacion es excelente

Staff was wonderful. Miguel took great care of us at the pool all week.

The pool and the people there are amazing! Miguel treated us like family by the pool, all day, every day. Eladio was a friends butler and was just the sweetest. Italian for lunch was one of the best meals there- the pesto being the stand out on our last day when it rained. Also the pork at Hidden Garden was a surprising star.

Adults only, nice and quiet. Staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Food options very good.

We absolutely love Live Aqua! Have been here many times. Some things are showing age like the big fountain in the entry way but that’s an easy fix. Staff is always amazing and the food exquisite. The pools, beach and spa are phenomenal. Coming back next year! I’m not a big fan of the rubber ducks they added to the fountain though. I feel like it brings the class down a notch. I’m there for the ambiance. Not rubber ducks.

Nothing special

The bartenders were the best! They worked the hardest i believe, they kept my favorite liquor stocked. If they ran out, in which they did, they went and found another bottle. I do appreciate every staff i spoke to, knew English.

Staff was very friendly , very clean rooms & property. Would return. Beach was beautiful. Quiet relaxing vacation. Only complaint would have been the lack of music at the pool ( only what seemed to be elevator music except during aqua fit) if you are looking for a party this is not the resort. If you are looking for quiet you will love. Spa was wonderful. Highly reccomend this resort.

Second time staying here, and we love it. Wish they had more activities. The only big complaint i have is, the week we stayed they were doing construction on the room next to us. It was horrible. Sounded like our wall was being hit with a loud jack hammer. Thank goodnesss we were ocean side for about 80 % of it.
