Beautiful place!!

Great stay!

Convenience to slopes and services is unparalleled!

Love this place! It’s so nice having access to the garage instead of needing to valet. Ski lockers are super easy. Lots of fencing up for ice and snow falling which is unsightly, but otherwise fantastic hotel.

Lovely stay at Sommer des Neiges – they let us check in before noon despite the much later check-in time, which was great. Staff was lovely, and the location can’t be beat with the lockers and rentals right in the building, at the foot of the mountain. Only critique is that it’s a bit odd that the suite/room came with no toiletries whatsoever (no shampoo, body wash, or even hand soap).

We have an amazing vacation.

Loved that the hotel was ski in ski out/right on the hill with a view of the mountain.

Appreciated the easy and friendly check-in with detailed information provided. Great hot tub that is built with stone wall and has several round areas to chat. Was not thrilled with the truck noises most mornings, at 5 am for twenty minutes, outside the front entrance that was below our room. Being close to the ski gondola was wonderful. You still need to carry skis from the condo’s ski lockers to the lift since the resort puts gravel down on top of the snow for safety—it’s not true ski in/out. Overall, great location. We brought our cooked dinners and prepared our meals in the condo. Cutting knives were dull, dull, dull. Tv in both living room & bedroom. Pull it sofa was comfortable.

Check in was easy and questions were answered kindly. As others have said the common areas could use a refresh but were warm and welcoming. The unit 204 we stayed in was very clean and comfortable. I have sleep issues but slept so well due to the comfort of the king bed and darkening curtains! The kitchen had all we needed to make our breakfast and lunches. (except paper towels/napkins if you need them) The bathroom had towels, toilet paper and tissues. Also daily replacing of them if needed and trash removal. All the staff we communicated with from front desk to housekeeping were friendly and helpful. And location, location, location! Will stay again.

the only problem, and totally understandable --but the pool was not operational, but the website shows a picture of a pool. it would have been nice to have a heads up. but everything was really great.

I stayed in the 3 bdrm suite. It was spacious and clean. The official check in time is quite late (4PM) but they allowed me to check in early. The staff were friendly. Well situated. I’d stay there again.
