The mountain view is great but the room we stayed is really noisy such that we could not sleep all night long. Every 10 minutes or so there was a sound of flash toilet or water running in the drain sound.

For the price, they should update their furniture and amenities...

The refrigerator was making loud noises all night, couldn't sleep, ended up unplugging it, lost a couple of food items. Front desk staff were so slow, no relief help, long line, waited about 30 minutes in line to check-in. Will not be coming back again.

Our bedding wasn't make it right and doesn't clean

We booked three rooms, which ended up being all far apart from each other. The rooms themselves were fine. Our bed was not made well, with several edges sticking out and some dust in the bathroom. It was passable for one evening. The staff are very kind but obviously overworked. We checked in early and we were told we would receive a call when the rooms were ready. Only 2 of the 3 rooms were ready by 4pm. We waited in the lobby alongside many others who either did not receive a call when the room was ready, or the room was not yet ready. People were very frustrated. While very convenient, I would not stay at this hotel again.

Beautiful hotel. The room was impeccably clean and very well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again
