Penilaian & Ulasan Keseluruhan ITC Grand Central, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Mumbai

I booked this place for my parents, they loved the service and hospitality. Overall a pleasant stay One thing though, I asked for a birthday gesture for my dad, but somehow the greeting card addressed my sister instead of my dad, even I asked for that specifically. I think it might have happened as i booked the room under my sister name. My family was a bit confused lol as I wanted to surprise them with this pre celebration and couldn't figure out. Not a big deal, but I hope so next time please be careful about the arrangements haha. Hope to stay next time soon

Excellent service and good looking rooms. We stayed only for one night and hence couldn't really explore all the amenities.

The hotel is awesome. Had all three meals there for several days before starting a cruise. The staff are amazingly friendly and welcoming! The property is impeccable clean and up-to-date.

We stayed for one night. We got to experience the Republic Day Celebrations it was lovely opportunity

The staff in this hotel are excellent especially staff at breakfast service and staff at the salon.

They placed 0.01 USD on 22nd Nov to my company credit card but not cancelled, nor Hotels.com or ITC hotel did not replied my inquiry, very disappointing

Nice hotel but nothing around it. Some restaurant staff were great while a lot of them were in another world. The reception and bell boy staff were very good

The property was great.

Checked in late last night - was able to check out late due to Marriott life time Platinum status - don’t know anything about area surrounding the hotel. Selected this hotel for its proximity to Dadar Station - plan to take train to Baroda at 3 PM with 2 heavy bags brought from USA - hard to take on domestic flights in India!

Conveniently close to trains, beautiful hotel, everywhere you look was well thought out.

This hotel is very elegant, we stayed at 3 different hotels in India during our 15-day trip, the ITC Hotel is by far the best property out of the 3, although it is about $40 more per night than the other two properties. Still it made a huge difference in elegance. Location is also pretty good as it is close to multiple touristic attractions in south Mumbai and a couple of shopping malls.

Excellent stay and service staff are well appreciated

Hotel with a personality. Nicely set up. The window seats were a treat! Really good service and quality restaurants. Quite central in Mumbai as well.
