Nice and comfortable room. Very clean and comfortable beds. The lobby was undergoing a renovation so the breakfast was served on a small room. Had to take food back to your room, as there was no seating available. Overall a good choice for a quick overnight stay.

Very nice

It was good, would have been nice if on the site it let you know it was being renovated. Also the painters did not put a sign up saying wet paint in the stairwell and when we walked down, wow hand full of gray paint. The staff was wonderful and handled it.

This property was fine for a one night stay. The room is basic and seemingly clean. Lobby under major construction and I didn't know in advance. I would have expected lower cost for the conditions. Messy. Dusty. Paint smell. Breakfast in room right by construction. Basic offerings. Not stocked or checked until ending at 10. I cannot recommend at this time but probably post construction it's adequate for a one to two night stay. It is close to restaurants, shopping and University. Not too far from Lake Champlain

Price was good. The service was excellent. We got breakfast and the shopping mall was right there just 3 minutes away. Tesla supercharger station was 4 minutes away

I demand a refund! I did not stay in there. The lobby was under severe renovations and the smell of paint caused me an asthma attack. The Hotel personnel said they did not charge so you must refund me!

They lost our pre-registration, they were under major construction, there was no elevator available (we were on the 3rd floor). No breakfast room (they use an actual hotel room to serve breakfast).

Hotel was undergoing renovations resulting in the breakfast area being moved to one of the hotel rooms. There were no hot food options. Coffee was available, but no hot water for tea. There was also no seating which was inconvenient with children. The rooms were very nice and clean but no drawer space is provided. Just some pegs on the wall with hangers.

L'évaluation est difficile car l'établissement est en rénovation. Par contre, on aurait aimé le savoir lors de la réservation. Malheureusement, il n'y avait pas de chaises pour la prise du petit déjeuner.

Construction!!! Very disappointing as there was construction going on. There was no front desk, no lobby. You couldn’t enter from the front door. We were not aware of this. It was not mentioned by either Expedia or the hotel. It seems like a fairly new hotel and I was so looking forward to staying at a nice place. There was no breakfast area, but it was served in one of the hotel rooms, so there was no seating. This felt a very weird. There was drilling and men working even on Saturday when we tried to relax in our room. Our room was very nice and the staff were super friendly and understanding given the circumstances. I’m sure the hotel will be very beautiful but it’s too bad we didn’t get to enjoy the hotel lobby and breakfast. Had I known about the construction, I wouldn’t have booked.

A notre arrive nous avons constaté qu'il y avait des travaux dans le hall d'entrée, il n'y avait pas de réception et un bruit d'enfer nous cassait les oreilles. La réception était placée temporairement dans un chambre, la personne a l'accueil avait l'air à bout....pas vraiment de sourire. Nulle part il était écrit qu'il des travaux. L'hôtel aurait du informer Expedia.

The hotel was under construction. The lobby was gutted and there was a lot of noise and dust due to jackhammering and drilling. Our room was next to the stairway where new carpet was being installed. So there was banging and hammering on the other side of the wall. In the morning, we were woken by the smoke detectors going off because of all the construction debris. We had to evacuate using the stairs that had nail strips for the carpet installation. We had to wait for the fire department to clear the building. The hotel should not have allowed anyone to make reservations or stay during the construction. Nothing about the construction was indicated on the hotel’s website. We did not receive any notification that this was taking place. We definitely would have stayed somewhere else. In addition, although our room was renovated, there is no place to store anything. The showerhead did not work well as water sprayed out everywhere. And breakfast was a joke. Served in a hotel room with dust from the construction. We chose this hotel due to the reviews. However, the owner did not think of their guests safety during this time. Fortunately we were able to cancel our second night and stay somewhere else.

This hotel is undergoing renovations, woke up saturday morning to laud hammering. The lobby area is under construction so check in and breakfast was in a room.

As a health and safety standpoint I rate this place 0. It’s under construction due to mold and the containment is open. With asthma we had to walk through it. Mold is just painted, razors on the stairs. They should have containment set up so we’re not breathing all that active construction dust and mold in as well as, remove the mold. They’re just painting over it. My husband is in mold remediation field and he was shocked that the hotel was allowing this. The fire alarm rang early in the AM (two days in a row) and we had to take the stairs. Razors left everywhere from them replacing the carpet. The free breakfast completely exposed since it’s in a room next to the construction, opened. I would have appreciated if they told us about this in advance so we can make different arrangements especially since it’s not being handled or maintained correctly. My kids and myself have asthma and this is not ethical. The shower was also not draining, with hair in shower. Gross. The room curtain and shower curtains ripped and curtain spelled like pee.

I was not able to stay. When I booked as pet friendly, I then called hotel to ask for a possible earlier check in. When I mentioned my cat, the desk clerk said no cats allowed, the manager doesn’t allow cats. I asked to speak with the manager, not available. I asked them to phone me. The desk clerk called back and reiterated no cats. This was a non refundable reservation. I told the clerk to cancel. I had to seek other accommodations. Not pet friendly.

Great location to get around town. However location was not walkable to any places.

I picked the hotel because it got good reviews. But the actual experience was quite unpleasant. First, the room was terrible, old and dark, with a tub not draining and the tv remote control not working. There was no closet. When we complained the next morning, the front desk responded accusatory that we didn't tell them when we checked in, but we didn't use the shower until the next morning. Shouldn't the hotel ensure everything works and drains properly for their guests? I was really mad at their responses. And their free continental breakfast was terrible!

The room is clean.
