The stay was great!

Nice polite staff, nice rooms

Love the rooms, beds are comfy and always clean. Love the breakfast too. Good location. I always stay here when in town.

The room was nice and clean. Bed was comfy.

Clean hotel, easy access, friendly front desk staff. Need to upgrade bathroom toilets. In a regular room, they are standard height which is too low for many seniors!

Staff were friendly and professional. Sad the hotel has gone very down hill.

Had to ask for basic essentials like towels and toilet paper because the room wasn't stocked. Housekeeping didnt even want to take trash and don't do any housekeeping until the third day of a stay and we were there 2 days. Wouldn't accomodate a late check out even though there were multiple check outs that day and shouldn't have mattered. Was never anyone at the front desk. Pool is small.

Pool area is nice but water was very cold. Kid busy hotel. Breakfast had a nice selection. Beds are like sleeping on a pile of rocks.

Everything was great except we were in 339 and there is a very annoying noise that is enough to drive you crazy. I think it might be a pipe or something that buzzes off and on but not much of a break in between. Wish we could’ve switched rooms.

Pool area is dirty. Under the slide there is tons of dirt and pcs of cereal. I was there from tues to fri and never cleaned.

We came to stay in the middle of a winter storm. The staff were very accomadating and helpful. Kichen staff were extremly engaging and aimed to please. The staff suggested places to visit and even gave me a safe route home. 10/10
