This was an amazing place to stay for my first stop in Milan , located in Cerro Maggiore. The staff was amazing and helpful in every way . Special mention to a gentleman called Diego . I had small issues checking in and him and the other lady staff handled me very well, kindly and professionally. I would definitely stay here again . Thank you so much.

Kostenlose Parkplätze vor dem Hotel . Großzügige Zimmer leider ist die Beleuchtung im Bad sehr mangelhaft. Gutes Frühstück und wirklich freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Großzügiges Eingangshalle. Gute Bar . Sehr schnelle Aufzüge!!!!

Quarto limpo, bom café da manhã, estacionamento bom e fácil; em especial a colaboradora Mariana, que comandava o café da manhã, eficiente e muito simpática !!

Allt var superbra, fina rum, fräscht osv men vi fick tyvärr boka ett annat hotell de sista två nätterna då det var extremt krångligt att åka från hotellet in till Milano varje dag. Bussarna gick sällan på helgerna och ville man ta tåg så låg tågstationen en bit bort. Taxi in till Milano kostade oss över 100 euro varje gång. Därav var hotellets läge inte bra för oss.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour, tout est très confortable, la chambre est à la bonne température. Le système de lumières était un peu difficile à comprendre au début. Le seul problème était l'emplacement, car les transports en commun sont vraiment rares ou finissent très tôt et les taxis sont onéreux.

We enjoyed the big rooms and the ability to sleep three in the room and not to feel cluttered. The shower was excellent. Had hot water all day long. The staff was very helpful with finding a restaurant for the evening. Thank you very much for all your help.

Hôtel au milieu de nul part mais un personnel au top. Le restaurant est aussi très bien !
