The property had a village lile feel with little squares, however needs a serious upgrade. The beds all squeaked each time you took a turn, the lounge chairs were so badly sunken you could feel the frame when you lay down. The main choice of food was pizza apart from the buffet which only opened at dinner. The staff were not the most helpful. 1) i asked what the main cuisine was at the buffet and the host waved me off and said i dont know go look, another time i happened to be at reception and asked what the cuisine was and the lady said i cnt help you (ive worked in hotels we always made sure we had all the info/menus/specials to hand) she also just looked me up and down as i smiled at her while leaving, which was rude the bar guy told me it closes for food at 6pm, the next day i went at 5pm and tried to order and another guy said "cant you see it closes 4.30" pointing at signage that was tucked away. Maybe its a language thing or having worked in hospitality and holding to a higher standard. The housekeeping staff were AMAZING and they have the hardest job

We had mixed feelings about our stay. The hotel feels more like a holiday apartment resort than a modern hotel, and our first room was disappointing. However, the manager and reception staff handled our concerns professionally and moved us to a much better room, which made a big difference. The breakfast and food were excellent, there were always plenty of sunbeds available, and the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. The location is also convenient, with a pleasant walk to Puerto Banús. If you are looking for a peaceful resort with good food and a relaxed atmosphere, this is a good choice. However, if you expect a modern 4-star hotel, you may be disappointed.

Beautiful to look at. WiFi was hit and miss. Staff were either cheerful or rude and unhelpful- nothing in the middle. Clean room, attention to detail could be improved - door to balcony was broken and aircon was not able to be adjusted. Food was amazing though. Really brilliant breakfast and their evening buffet was reasonable and enjoyable. Good wine too.

Just spent 3 nights at this hotel and I was really impressed given the price we paid. The room was massive, as was the bed, and the bathroom, yes they are slightly dated, but give an Andalucían feel. They were kept immaculately clean. The pool areas equally great, we hired a Bali bed which was well worth the 40 euros for the 2 of us. Only had breakfast there and it was delicious. Staff are all really friendly and helpful. Hotel located a short walk to the beach and around 15 mins to the port. Great stay as part of our road trip on the Costa del Sol. Excellent value for money.

The room was a bit dated, although rest of the public rooms were fine . Breakfast good. Pool area looked nice. 5 minute walk to the beach, nice beach bar. Overall the location is really good for Puerto Banus and excellent value for what you get.

The room was clean, but a little bit dated. However, it worked for what I needed. The breakfast was also nice to have in the mornings.

Staff were helpful and friendly. Good buffet breakfast.

Väldigt fint hotell med 2 bra pooler, bra restauranger

Liked: 1. Spacious bedroom. 2. Great breakfast. 3. Beautiful swimming pool. Disliked: 1. View of the swimming pool from the ground floor bedrooms is blocked by a row of buses lining the swimming pool. 2. No soundproofing in the bedroom so you could hear the people in the next bedroom and corridor talking. 3. It takes too long to walk from the hotel into town so you have to spend money on cabs back snd forth.

Hotellet låg vid en hårt trafikerad väg, vi hade rum i byggnaden närmast vägen vilket störde nattsömnen. Det var även lågsäsong, så större delen av hotellet var stängt, dvs både valbarheten av restauranger och bar var begränsad. Tror att det är toppen under högsäsong. Maten var prisvärd och överraskande bra på den buffé som var den enda valmöjligheten. Det hade kunnat vara tydligare i beskrivningen att utbudet var begränsat under vissa månader. Över lag, helt ok och prisvärt för en kortare vistelse.

La chambre était propre ,bien entretenue , mériterait un peu de rajeunissement .j’avais réservé une chambre double sans vérifier qu'elle n’était que pour une personne seule .j’ai dû payer un supplément de 120 € pour mon conjoint! Mais la chambre était la même :un peu petite , un seul lit et une chaise sans terrasse ni balcon ! Nous étions envahi par les fourmis ! L’hôtel est très agréable ‘le jardin et les piscines magnifiques même si la plus petite était fermée ! Le petit déjeuner très bien ! Ill ne faut pas hésiter à prendre le parking payant , Le wifi marche très bien

Staff all very helpful and pleasant Reception staff very professional and quick check in and sort out any problems promptly and happily. Rooms are a little dated but very clean and comfortable Pool area is lovely Food is good..Lots of fresh fruit both breakfast and evening meal.
