The staff were rude at the reception no customer service The beach was nice but no Sun beds The rooms were ok could have been cleaner don’t clean like we do at home

This has to be one of the best hotels we have stayed in, the staff were polite and friendly. Very helpful. Everything was accessible and easy to get around. But bear in mind i don't know if it’s our brain but the light system was very confusing to us!! Haha! We stayed in the suite and the suite absolutely beautiful, But was it not swept or mopped, so kept slippers on. We did ask for the room to be cleaned but they only swept not mopped! They know how to clean rooms as the last night we stayed the room was swept and mopped and it was AMAZING after that!

Das Hotel ist sehr schön. Wir hatten einen Traumblick auf das Meer und die Stadt. Service und Frühstück waren super. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Lovely room, amazing breakfast, great gym, convenient location - only downsides were the service in the rooftop bar was painfully slow and not enough sun beds around the pool.

Great hotel, with beautiful views. Decent breakfast and lovely, big rooms. The only complaint we have is the housekeeping staff took too long to make our room. After a day out we’d return at 4pm and the room still wasn’t made despite leaving the door note on the handle at 9am. Request for more pillows was also forgotten. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay very much.

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war einfach perfekt! Das Zimmer war nicht nur riesig und luxuriös ausgestattet, sondern bot auch einen atemberaubenden Meerblick. Das Frühstück und Abendessen waren von höchster Qualität und sehr abwechslungsreich. Der Service war hervorragend – stets freundlich und aufmerksam. Ein Highlight war die süße Überraschung, die wir zu unserem Geburtstag aufs Zimmer bekommen.

Le séjour s'est très bien passé - nous avons passé 6 nuits dans une très grande chambre avec des grandes baies vitrées. la vue était magnifique et la chambre tout confort. Nous avons aussi fait des massages (en plus) et nous sommes allés tous les soirs prendre un verre et avons mangé au Blue 17 au 17ème c'était super. Le personnel de l'hôtel, du spa et du bistro sont tous très sympathiques et efficaces. Nous avons pu louer une voiture deux jours avec mise à dispo directement à l'hôtel. Petit déj sympa et varié. le confort de la chambre au top. bonne literie et 0 bruit

Overall very good and relaxing break at the hotel, the buffet breakfast was excellent and staff very polite and helpful. Will return again as enjoyed our stay, only downside was limited sun loungers on the outside balcony near the inside pool, spa was great and food was excellent

Lovely hotel with helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast buffet was extensive with great range of options and the additional restaurants were also nice (even if the ground floor restaurant prices were a little upmarket). Also 10 min walk from main bus stop and bus from airport does stop outside the hotel. The rooftop restaurant was also lovely, however glare inside the restaurant made it a bit difficult to appreciate views at night. Would recommend to anyone in staying in Arrecife.
