This hotel is pretty close to being a true 5-star. Stayed here for over a week. Special thanks to Mursel at front desk. Can't think of a better option in the area at this price point. It was a good choice. Would come back. Liked: - the food was delicious and the quality was better than at similar 5-start hotels nearby; - very large area and only contains 429 guest rooms plus villas, look up how many rooms some nearby hotels have; - unlike at some other hotels, here all alcohol drinks are included, including premium brands - it is a true all-inclusive; - hosted different shows every day and they were enjoyable; - live music; - great for families; - the water park has several slides; - replaced uncomfortable pillows with "feather & down" type on demand; - located not too far from the airport; - provided great service overall; - there's a public bus that can take you to the nearby shops in 10 min. Didn't like: - no free airport shuttle; - following booking, they didn't respond to my message on Hotels.com - had to send an email directly where I received a response; - some rooms require maintenance, they are quite worn out; - the WiFi didn't work upon arrival, but was fixed the next day; - the public hamam didn't have towels nor shower gel or shampoo (very strange); - not all staff knew how to prepare cocktails, there should be training; - the water-sports & activities were way too expensive; - the mattress was too firm, took whole week to get used to.

Hepsi çok güleryüzlü ve yardımsever. 7 aylık bebeğimin ek gıdası konusunda oldukça endişeliydim ama her gün verdiğim listeye göre özel yemek çıkardılar. Birçok otelin problemi olan şezlong savaşı bu otelde yoktu. Havuzlar büyük ve şezlong sayısı yeterliydi. Çocuklar için eğlence ve aktivite alanları da gayet güzeldi. Eksik yönler ise şu şekilde: 1. Otelde sivrisinek olmasına rağmen odalarda sineklik yok. 2. Buhar odasının bayağı bakıma ihtiyacı var. 3. Yemekler oldukça lezzetli olmasına rağmen çeşitlilik az. Özellikle et, tavuk ve balık çeşitliliği oldukça sınırlı. 4. Otelin marketindeki fiyatlar korkunç. Tabi dışarıdan pahalı olması çok normal. 2 kat 3 kat da olabilir. Ama 2 kilometre ötedeki markette 150₺ olan mayo beze 1080₺ istediler. Bu bayağı bir abartı oldu.

Positives: beautiful outdoor area and a lot of greenery. Tasty food although variety is less than previously visited resorts. Plenty of activities to do especially for kids. Very beautiful path to the beach which is clean and lively . Negatives: no food options between 16.00-19.00, only room service which was a bad experience taste wise. The curtains in our room felt a bit old and dirty. One window was broken allowing mosquitoes to enter the room. Many amongst the personal did not speak or understand English. No hand sanitizer in the main restaurant which should be essential for ensuring hygiene. The stay is relatively expensive compared to other comparable resorts

The best Hotel in the world. Food. Staf. Waitress. Service. Reception everything super magnificent. I give this hotel 7 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fun all inclusive hotel- it is a bit far from town if you are wanting to go in to sightsee. Great for families with amazing food selection. Pools are nice and clean.

Çalışanlar özelikle aqua park çalışanları çok ilgili çok güler yüzlüler. Herşeyiyle mükemmel bir tesis. Teşekkürler

Otel temiz düzenli ve bakımlıydı. Oda temizliği daha iyi yapılabilir. Sadece yatağı toplayıp havlu koymuşlar, kirli havluları bile almamışlardı bir temizlik yapılmamıştı. Restoran kısmı çok iyiydi her gün çok fazla çeşit çıkarıyorlar ve lezzetliydi. Sadece akşam yemekleri çok kalabalık olduğu için kaos olabiliyor. Çalışan personellerin hepsi ilgili ve yardımseverdi. Hatta garsonlar konaklayan misafirlerin memnuniyetini genel müdürden daha çok düşünüyor.

Gulcan is an amazingly wonderful woman. We only wanted her to prepare our meals. She gave my daughter the confidence to try her first Turkish words. I went to Gulcan every day to learn a new word and practice the few I know.

Second time here, really great Just some things need upgrading, especially the sheets and towels. Thanks for everything. Definitely recommend and will come back again

Otelin dış alanı inanılmaz keyifli. Miniclub büyük çocuk havuzu ve su parkı çok başarılı. Biz 2 gün kaldık bayramda ama restoran maalesef berbat. Öğlen ve akşam yemeklerinde bayram olmasına rağmen neredeyse yiyecek birşey bulamadık. Genelde dişarıda açık olan ' snack' te yedik. Kahvaltı büfesi güzeldi. Bunun yanı sıra otelin tuvaletleri çok pisti ve birçok çalışmayan musluk vs gördüm. Restoran 5 yıldızlı bir otel büfesinin seviyesine çekilirse çocuklu aileler icin güzel bir otel.
