No plugs beside one adapter for microwave fridge and tv. Bedding was dirty and outdated. Pictures sure did CatFish us. Pictures are deceiving.

Room Smells like urine and lots of stains

The landscape was nice. But the toom smell of smoke and the tub looked dirty.

The bed was good. The staff was accommodating, but the place in general is a bit shabby.

Very noisy late at night not enough surveillance

Mal servicio estuvimos desde el jueves y solo el viernes tocaron para limpiar pero les dijimos que no ocupaba limpiar ese día y estuvimos asta el domingo y nunca mas fueron a limpiar otra vez y la tina del baño muy viejo y sucio todo está en muy malas condiciones las conecciones muy muy flojas no recomiendo el lugar mucho menos quiero regresar ahí

Never go again

It is currently under remodeling. Restaurant closed, dirty, limited parking, takes a long time for hot water. I would wait until remodeling is done to go back.

It’s an older property, undergoing renovations now. The worst part of the room was the shower. The curtain was too short so water got everywhere, there’s was black mold around the base of the shower, and water temp was impossible to regulate it changed as other rooms turned their water on or off.

I stayed for buisness travel. I get a flat rate per diem so i try to find places that wont exhaust my per diem while still being decent. This place at one time was probably one of the nicest neatest hotels around Visalia it has very nice landscaping and a very nice lay out. It appears to be undergoing renovations which is great! The rooms are dated and yes could use more attention to cleanliness. But if you are looking for a place to crash that wont break the bank this is the place. If your looking for highend modern. Look elsewhere. I really hope the renovations pay off cause the place has tons of character.

Once remodeling is done, very comfortable property

The lady who checked us in was very nice, but as soon as we walked into the room my husband went to the bathroom and discovered the toilet full of feces and clogged so that it would not flush. The smell was terrible. I went to the desk to say we couldn't stay and had to spend half an hour getting in touch with Expedia to process the refund. While on the phone, a mouse ran across the room from behind the refrigerator.

El aire acondicionado no funcionaba y era tiempo de calor

Una señora no recepcionó mal, muy seca, la tarjeta para abrir la puerta no funcionaba y tuve q ir tres veces a recepción para q aceptara cambiarla, tratándome como si fuéramos estúpidos por no saber inglés, cuando es ella por su trabajo q debería manejar algo más idiomas. Una de las camas tenía una gota de sangre pero por no volver a verla dormimos en una sola cama. Un desastre de mujer.

I will never stay there again. The place was dirty, im taking gross dirty. Ants in the bathroom, my grandson walked across the carpet and the bottom of his socks were black. I have seen pig pens that were cleaner.

1 nuit , literie confortable, piscine agréable, pas de breakfast disponible, personnel agréable, bien pour une étape. Distributeur de glace apprécié

The bathtub did not drain, people going in and out all night until 3am, loud music in other rooms all night

I have stayed at the Lampliter quite a few times, it is safe & mostly clean. Always try for a Garden view room, closer to the pool and a nice floral view. The Mgmt & Housekeeping have always helped with any issues I have ever been concerned about. I visit the Visalia area often, The Lampliter is my only choice.
