Hôtel agréable et bien situé. Petit déjeuner avec produits locaux de bonne qualité. Bonne literie.

Service was top notch and helpful with restaurant options and transportation. Location is excellent, near castle. Breakfast was very good.

Camera spaziosa, anche se con qualche pecca nella pulizia. Personale alla reception gentile, un po meno quello della sala colazione. Hotel centralissimo, posizionato in posizione strategica, vicinissimo alla Reggia.

Da rivedere un po il bagno. Un po troppo calcare nella doccia e il wc movimentato. Colazione misera per un 4 stelle.

O hotel precisa se atentar as condições do chuveiro. O mesmo esta numa posição ruim que tornou o banho desajeitado demais. Mas os funcionarios foram cordiais, e o hotel estava limpinho. O hotel não tem estacionamento e pra descarregar as malas foi um pouco estressante ja que todas as vagas publicas em frente ao hotel estavam ocupadas. Mas nos deram um ticket (que é pago) para um estacionamento ali mesmo em volta da praça. O hotel esta em frente a uma praça, bem descuidada por sinal. Enfim, nao recomendo a cidade para turistar, recomendo o HOTEL caso vc PRECISE pernoitar nesta cidade. Deem um google sobre CASERTA que entenderão o que falei.

We enjoyed our stay visiting family. Hotel very central for Caserta. Easy check-in and check out. Rooms were spacious and cleaned each day. Breakfast was included but I found the choice of items a bit limited. Would stay again

Very nice staff

The property is dated and in poor condition. The AC did not work at all and the room at night was steamy and difficult to sleep in. When reported to front desk, a simple sorry was the answer.

Nice hotel for the price , room is spacious and in quiet part of town walkable to train station and reggia di Caserta . The shower is oudated but for the rest excellent quality for the price. Staff is very nice

This was my fourth or fifth stay at Hotel DeCavalier. The staff is always great and speak English well. The staff is very accomidating and friendly. The hotel's breakfast is one of the best that I've seen. They offer local favorites and other traditional breakfast options. I would definitely return to this hotel in the future.
