Great location and brilliant staff

We had a 2 night stay in a heritage room Dined in the restaurant & the bar. Used the pool facilities

Nice clean and well-kept room Very friendly and welcoming staff Dinner was absolutely awesome, dined in the estate room and was blown away with the quality and presentation of the food, the waiter was very attentive Huge comfortable bed in a decent sized room Complimentary biscuits No bathrobes in the room, which would normally be expected in Spa hotel, however the Spa was in a separate building so this maybe why. Decent sized en-suite with a large bath Good amount of parking spaces overlooking the Loch

Amazing view and a dog friendly hotel. Our pup had a great time and so did we! Sun and sheep showed up and cheered up the day! Loved the pool, sauna and steam room! Best black pudding I have had on the breakfast buffet.

The poolarea was great the rooms were very large and nice

The room was nicely appointed, comfortable bed and great views of Loch Rannoch to enjoy. Wee bit of a tricky drive to get there so you have to be paying attention to the narrow country roads. Food and drink was good. Good facilities to use, with the gym and spa/pool.

Clean and spacious rooms, very tasty food!

A lovely and comfortable family stay at the hotel. Great location but a bit further from the nearest town. The hotel was clean and staff was very friendly. Special thanks to the girls Renee, Van and Tabiytha for looking after the morning breakfast fabulously. Food at the brownie Restaurant was nice , thanks to Telmo for a great service. It could do better at the Estate Room dining especially with the portions of the dishes being extremely small with respect to the prices. Would love to visit again.

Lovely large room with beautiful view, immersed in the spectacular Scottish Highlands! Highly recommend!

Great views and nice rooms

Excellent hotel with great attention to detail around their customer service .

Stunning location unfortunately they seem very short of staff particularly at breakfast . No breakfast menu just buffet. Paid for loch view but window was so dirty couldn’t see out this was on the inner glass of double glazing which I was told other people complained about

Wonderful, restful experience. We loved our room with its views of Loch Rannoch and Schiehallion. Our room was spacious and had everything we needed. Food was good and we especially liked our breakfasts, where the staff (Magda) were extra friendly and helpful. The two down sides of our stay was a noisy flushing toilet and nowhere in the carpark to charge our EV. However, we were able to leave our car to charge in Kinloch Rannoch village, about half a Kilometre away. But we loved all the walks and beautiful views of mountains forests and lakes. we will certainly go to stay at this hotel another time!

Beautiful room, view and surroundings. A very special place

Booked hotel because of pool and spa facility. At reception was told no spa available for our stay. Pool good but no after swim facilities available, no wet costume drier or even wet costumes bag, so had to wrap in towel.

The hotel is very homely and welcoming,the room we had was very comfortable with brilliant views of the loch and hills.The staff were really helpful and very pleasant.We ate in 2 of the hotels eateries, both were very good the breakfast was also very good with a great choice.We used the spa facilties which were also very good,all in all a very pleasant mini break and we will endeavour to return in the future.

Stunning location, lovely helpful staff and excellent food and amenities . Lovely lounges in hotel . Also very dog friendly . Leisure and spa facilities added bonus .
