Golden Tulip was overall decent. The stay was comfortable enough and the hotel met basic expectations. There is still room for improvement in service and overall experience, but for a short stay it was acceptable.

Rooms were clean and big enough. Staff was also good. Breakfast was enough. The location of the hotel is really good.

The Golden Tulip Hotel in Varna truly exceeded my expectations. The room was absolutely amazing and incredibly spacious. I was impressed by how clean and comfortable everything felt. The breakfast was very good and provided a great start to the day. The receptionist and the security officer were both extremely kind. They helped me with every request and made me feel very welcome. The service throughout my stay was consistently excellent. I genuinely felt valued as a guest. This hotel deserves a full five star rating. I would happily stay here again.

Older hotel with most of the bells and whistle one would want from a 4-star venue. Large rooms with fridge and safe, 2 dining venues and a fully stocked mini bar

The coffee machine in the room did not work. I asked for a replacement which was refused, only a coffee brought to the room. When I asked about coffee for the next morning I was ignored

Otele ilk girdiğinizde, resepsiyonda sizi "rezervasyonunuz yok" diyerek karşılıyorlar. Bilgilerinizi söylediğinizde de tekrar "rezervasyonunuz yok" deniliyor. Telefonunuzdan rezervasyon kodunuzu gösterene kadar bu durum devam ediyor. Bu durumu daha önce de yaşadık. Otele gelen misafirlerin, böyle bir sorunla karşılaşmamaları için bu konuda bir düzenleme yapılması gerekiyor. Aksi takdirde otel güzel olsa da girişte yaşanan bu aksaklık tüm hevesinizi kırabiliyor.

We have stayed at this hotel many times and keep on returning, which is the best recommendation we can give. The reception staff is always alert and willing to help. There are few "down issues" one being a chronic problem trying to turn off lights over the bed. It is an electric wiring defect. Again, reception staff are ready to help. I have not stayed at many hotels in Varna, but will return to the Golden Tulip when the time comes
