Tolles Hotel mit top Lage, sehr freundliches Personal, schöne Zimmer. Beim Frühstücksbuffet könnte die Wurst- und Schinkenauswahl ein bisschen vielfältiger sein und qualitativ hochwertiger. Ansonsten nur zu empfehlen.

Eigentlich passt alles! Wir hatten die „kleinste“ Zimmerkategorie, welche unsere Erwartungen bei Weitem übertroffen hat. Sauber, grosszügig, top. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Personal egal wo, super freundlich und positiv. Die Lage - einmalig. Das 120 jährige Kino im Haus, hat unseren Aufenthalt mit Abendunterhaltung abgerundet! Sehr gerne wieder - top Preis-/Leistung.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Problem mit dem verstopften Abfluss in der Dusche wurde sofort gelöst. Wir werden auf jeden Fall beim nächsten Salzburg Aufenthalt wieder kommen.

Sympathique hôtel aux charmes un peu désuets. Personnels très accueillant et serviable. La qualité de la cuisine du restaurant est améliorable et le service est aussi Sympathique.

Our suite room was excellent. We had a great view of the Hohensalzburg Fortress from our skylight window above our bed. The room was clean and the staff were great. Will come back again.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It is located in the old town so very quiet and we could walk to shopping and restaurants. The staff was great and breakfast was excellent.

Fits very well in the old town, they’ve kept the really old bits, preserved some of the history of the building and, crucially, modernised thoughtfully. Feels newly boutique in your uniquely designed room and bathroom. Wonderfully warm and helpful team who know their city very well. Outstanding in-hotel breakfast and kitchen team. The restaurant next door (physically part of the hotel but recently sold-off) is very good and extremely convenient.

When you first arrive in Salzburg get the Non10 bus to centre. Takes 10 minute walk from.river or get a taxi from.the centre.. This hotel is in an excellent position- a 5 minute walk from.Salzburg Museum.so easy to pop.back during the day to rest or change..It was a real.bonus was to have a cinema as I spend the first night alone and the film was also in English. Breakfast had everything you may wish- hot food as well. Coffee not so good but tea pots available, too. Comfortable single bed and light airy room. Very quiet at night and I slept well.. Friendly and helpful.staff.

My only criticism is that the WiFi/internet was terrible; very slow and would frequently disconnect.
