The room was great — super clean and fresh, which I really appreciated. I was a little disappointed with the location/view of my room, but when I mentioned it to the front desk staff, they were incredibly accommodating and immediately offered to move me to a higher floor. I ended up not switching since I was only staying one night, but it was really nice to feel heard and supported. Amazing customer service, and I would definitely stay here again!

Complementary bikes were great. Heated pool and sauna was perfect finish to each day! Staff y all around friendly and helpful! Breakfast buffet was nice as well. We will stay again!

The bathroom toilet kept running through the night and our shower drain wouldn’t drain properly. The outdoor pool is beautiful
