Lovely hotel with great amenities. Staff were friendly. Lovely grounds with pools and exercise room. Hotel gift shop and great bar and restaurant. Everything you need. Stay was three days wished it was longer . Great trails and biking path along a lovely marina. One note, birds were very loud all day and early morning.

Great staff. Nice pool and sauna. However no showers in the pool area and the elevators are slow when it’s busy.

I’ve stayed at the Bayshore many times and keep coming back for a few reasons…the staff are always amazing. The location and access to Stanley Park and Carderos Restaurant is great…but the best thing is the bed. Hands down the best bed of any hotel chain in the world…

room was very clean , we were there for 3 days and room was made up each day, the coffee shops and location of the hotel was excellent

It was an amazing hotel. Great location .

Overall it was good hotel - great location, friendly people - but some of the rooms are still in need of a little tlc. The mattress in our room needs replacing - it sagged in the middle. The bathroom fan didn't work - so a shower really steamed up the place. Some hooks to hang clothes/coats would have been helpful - instead we had to put everything in the bathroom -which was regularly steamy.

Issue with key, not good

Our room had a wonderful 6th floor bay view, window could be opened for fresh air, it was beautiful! Bedding was comfortable. Restaurants were very good quality food

Check in was pleasant and easy. The staff was friendly and welcoming. They did a good job cleaning the rooms. The view of the Harbour was excellent. The location was great for access to Stanley Park. We really enjoyed the afternoon tea. We also recommend the buffet breakfast.
