Excelente ubicación, a 10 min a pie del casco antiguo y de la estación principal de tren. Personal muy amable, habitación hermosa! Muy amplia y moderna, impecable la limpieza. Por supuesto que volvería.

O hotel aparenta ter sido recém reformado, muito bonito, organizado e com uma estética bem legal. As roupas de cama e toalhas eram muito limpos. Banheiro muito limpo também. A equipe muito prestativa. Localização impecável, fizemos tudo a pé. Muito próximo do centro e das lojas. O café da manhã era simplesmente maravilhoso.

We were very pleased with our stay. The hotel is in good condition and the staff was pleasant and helpful. If you are driving to the hotel it is a little difficult to arrive with luggage. There really is no place to stop the car in front of the hotel that isn't on the street and exposed to traffic. And if you park in the garage that's nearby the hotel, it's a little bit of a walk to get from the car to the check-in desk. Innsbruck was lovely.

First rate Tyrolean hospitality. The reception staff were excellent, good advice on local restaurants and sight seeing. Great breakfast. The hotel is located on the edge of the old town. A short walk through the university area brings you out at the Hofburg Palace, and the quaint old town.

The staff were some of the friendly and kindness I have met along my journeys. The hotel was in the great convenient location, walkable to old town and train station. The staff helped accommodate me and answer questions about the town and transportation. They also had laundry facilities and a nice outdoor terrace.

Fantastiskt bra hotell, personalen mycket hjälpsam, mycket fina rum. Bra och nära parkering, jättegod frukost. Alla rätt!!!

Our room was large with great windows. Location was good and quiet. Laundry machines were very helpful but busy. Staff was helpful.

Clean and spacious room. Bath/ shower difficult to use as you had to step up into the bath to have a shower. No non slip mat or useful grab rail. Not good for elderly people. Needed to take great care when using. Breakfast was very good and lots of choice. Staff very friendly and helpful
