Hotel molto carino in posizione centrale. Camera molto confortevole anche se piccola! Personale molto professionale e gentile!

Veldig god location i byen, men det er stort sett den eneste oppsiden. Renholdet var også bra, men det var ekstremt lytt på rommet. Vi hørte støy fra heisen hver eneste gang den gikk opp eller ned. Det samme med nabo-rommene der vi kunne høre samtalene til folk og det hørtes veldig godt hvis noen gikk forbi i korridoren. AC fungerte ikke så det ble drepende varmt om natten, eneste vi fikk som hjelp (av blide og høflige ansatte) var en elektrisk vifte som ikke gjorde store forskjellen. Ville ikke bodd her igjen.

V friendly and helpful staff, pool tiny but perfect after the midday heat. Rooms had all we needed, breakfast fantastic.

Preisleistung war ein gute Hotel die Zimmer war sauber und die ganze Personal die Putzfrau und die Frauen an Rezeption Sara und Arlyn waren sehr hilfsbereit. Die lage ist auch sehr gut alles erreichbar entweder zu Fuss (La Rambla) oder Famiglia Sagrada alles in 30min spaziergang. Metrostationen gab auch viele in der nähe.

Very noisy room from the elevator shaft, was moved to another room ans was same noise, and air conditioner was not working both rooms. Do not book

Hotel muito bem localizado, na região de Eixample, com fácil acesso ao metrô (cerca de 4 minutos a pé - estação Hospital Clinic), com deslocamento a partir da L5 e possibilidade de conexões bem próximas com outras linhas. Ao contrário de alguns comentários que vimos, não foi uma região barulhenta enquanto estivemos por lá (aliás, foi bem silenciosa). Quarto pequeno, porém organizado e limpo, com TV com acesso a múltiplos canais. Ganhamos uma mensagem de boas-vindas com algumas comodidades e mimos. Se for preciso, tem frigobar com algumas opções também. Equipe muito acessível e solícita, inclusive com alguns funcionários que entendem e falam português. Café da manhã variado, com muitas opções, inclusive, muito boas. Tivemos, no geral, uma estadia bastante agradável. O único ponto além é que o acesso, atualmente, é feito pelo Sunotel Aston, porém isso já havia sido informado pela equipe em mensagem por esta plataforma. Não foi um empecilho na nossa viagem além de poucos passos até o elevador que levava ao andar do nosso quarto.

A lovely welcoming receptionist. Room was a nice size, comfy bed, and a good shower. Pet friendly and no extra charge which is unusual. Second time staying here and will book again.

Staff at the breakfast buffet Chef Esther dish of the day was delicious and flavorful and her assistant Melody was on top of the floor with dinning room preparation and and maintaing stations full. Thank very much. One complain is building setup problem with central AC , hallways are cold but room are hot and can't be adjusted due to controls don't work.

My daughter and I had a short 2 night stay . Friendly helpful staff and a good location to get to all the cities attractions. The pool was nice and refreshing after a busy day of sight seeing. Overall a nice comfortable stay and would recommend.

The location was good, near restaurants and stores. Although the room was quite small, it was manageable. The staff was very accommodating. We enjoyed the pool area. We also paid for the breakfast which offered a variety of foods. If you pay forore than 1 breakfast you get a discount. The facility was very clean.

Room was immaculate, not sure about AC, thermostat wouldn’t allow me to reset , slept with window open, the pool water was to cold for me but others may love that, hot tub was like warm may want to look into that,

Room very clean. Staff lovely ,friendly. Bathroom was very small. Airton worked well.. Didn't try breakfast. Breakfast in nearby cafes was cheaper. Over all a very nice place to stay.

The room was small but adequate. The breakfast really was very decent, especially for a hotel buffet. The staff was amazing - very helpful. I liked the location - away from the touristy areas but the city was easy to get around in.

Room (No 52) on fifth floor very small and dark, decor very tired and wallpaper peeling off the walls. Bathroom tiny and hard to move around, the door frame was in very poor condition, it was rotted at the bottom. Also this room is right next to the lift and it was really noisy, making grinding noises each time it landed at the floor. As we were only there for a day and a half we stayed put but I will book closer to the centre next time. I think the part of the hotel we were in was an older part and it definitely needs the decor refreshing. Breakfast was good value and varied and the staff were friendly.
