A comfortable and clean room with all the amenities needed but it is rather noisy because the room walls are not soundproof

The hot tub was out of commission, we picked this hotel for that reason we could enjoy it, our whole trip it was out, I could of stayed somewhere else if I knew

We are older travelers and they put us too far away from lobby bar restaurant in main entrance big walk for us. The hot tub was broke for us stay. We were on the floor with tons of children hard for us to sleep. The staff was courteous and kind food was very much acceptable who we booked through Expedia. They told us this hotel was downtown Dublin. It was 20 minutes into town. The hotel itself was acceptable for the price.

Hemos tenido una estancia muy buena en el hotel. Hemos estado 4 dias y desde el primer momento todo bien, el personal muy amable. La habitacion muy amplia y comoda. Habia un centro comercial muy cerca para poder cenar y tambien la parada del bus que te lleva al centro muy cerca.

The hotel general condition of the hotel and pool has gone downhill significantly in the past 4 years since our last stay. The room itself was fine and in good condition but everywhere else looked tired and needed a refresh. The pool changing rooms were especially poor. The bar was really overcrowded in the evening to the point we gave up trying to find a table and headed straight to our room.

Room was comfortable and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very fresh and tasty. Leisure centre was disappointing and changing rooms unclean

Kids left unattended in the hallways to shout and run around until 11pm, night shift manager Deborah sounded like I was inconveniencing her by reporting it and out the phone down on me whilst I was still speaking

The baby cot was dropped at the room after request to reception. Cot was super dirty and had to ask for a new one. Room was very smelly and the hotel looked a bit run down. Very noisy was well and we could hear all the noise from a neighbouring motorway. However the staff was very friendly and attentive. They sorted the cot issue in an instant and made the experience a bit more pleasant

Staff not very friendly or chatty, room was grand, nice and spacious, warm etc. great shower power, and the gym is amazing, would come back for it alone!

room was amazing but it was windy and the room was cold and the wind was howling through the patio doors as they didn't lock due the door being broken also some of the bulbs in the bathroom needed replacing and heard unusual noises which can only be described as a rodent trying to eat away at the wood paneling. Second time i have stayed here and the first time was a great experience but the second stay has put me off somewhat. Stay out of room 730!
