Good hotel but not on a hig standard

Clean room (rooms) warm and cosy. Very smooth stay, without problems. Great, very delicious breakfast. Warm water a bit temperamental.

The room was ok but in 4 days they never clean it and change blankets and towels, so no clean room service in 4 days!!! Restaurant was average.

Ringe mulighed for at gå tur Nummer 2 morgen ingen varm vand, så derfor koldt bad.

Clean hotel, nice and friendly staff at the reception desk.

Nice hotel and good price.

Pretty basic place overall. It has a bar and a restaurant but it's certainly not haute cuisine. The sevice, certainly last Friday night, was truly awful. The recption staff were helpful enough, and the cleaning team were very friendly and helpful with a couple of things like directions, keys that didn't work and their general attitude. Maybe swap them with the waitress! Waitng over 20 minutes for someone to come and clear the table is not good, and even then we had to ask her to do it! We were not asked once if we'd like another drink or a dessert. After spending five minutes patiently waiting at the bar, having given up on seeing a waitress at the actual table, someone was finally roused after I enquired at reception. I was then told that dessert was not availlable as the kitchen was closed. We had been trying to order for nearly half an hour but didn't see anyone! The place was not busy, two of us and a table of 6 was it. Reasonable breakfast, but an amazing lack of cereals for those who start their day that way. I also thought it was a bit cheeky to charge for parking, there's not really any other way toget here without quite a walk.

Great place to stay. Easy access to whole city.
