Nice, clean, basic hotel. Staff was awesome. Room was SUPER CLEAN. BED AND BEDDING WERE CLEAN. NO CARPETS, LAMINATE FLOORING, SO I REALLY LIKED THAT ALSO WINDOWS CAN BE OPEND SLIGHTLY FOR FRESH AIR.

Everything is perfect except the beds they are very old and makes terrible noise every time you move

There was no staff at the front desk most times. The A/C unit did not work properly and the temperatures were in the 90s. The breakfast was suppose to start at 6 am but it was almost 8 am and no breakfast. The price per night was $400 because of the lacrosse tournament at DE Turf but this place was more of a $40 a night motel. Will never stay here again. I should get my money back. Total disappointment.

The bed was good. The room itself was ok. The drapes were off the rails. The desk clerk had to fix the lights over the beds. The shower was a slow drain—ankle deep in water and no mat do it was very slippery. The bathroom sink also had a very slow drain. The breakfast was good. We thought it was a little overpriced for the condition it was in.

If details matter, you won’t like this hotel. My sink faucet was leaking. My tub faucet was dripping. Tub base was stained. Otherwise my stay was fine. Nice people at the desk.

Room was clean. Breakfast ended at 9:30 on Sat/Sun - which was too early. Housekeeping knocked on door at 9:00 am on day of checkout which was ridiculously early.

The room was not very clean. Especially the bathroom. We were there for a lacrosse tournament. So there were not many options.

Outdated facilities, dirty dishes in the dishwasher. Not as clean as I would have liked.

The room was clean and quiet. There were plenty of towels. I would suggest to put a couple of disposable cups in the bathroom. The bed was comfortable .

Property serves it purpose for athletic event needs. Nothing special. Close to fields. We try to stay there when traveling for sports located nicely to amenities and fields

Most staff was nice but having someone's daughter behind the desk and her helping while being rude is not a good look. Room had frame work coming off the closet, fire sign hanging from the ceiling and a bucket catching water from the air conditioner. Air conditioner and fan in bathroom were very loud. Rm 106

clean and quiet. Easy in and out. Just needed a place to sleep and shower for this trip

This hotel was absolutely disgusting. I had to stay elsewhere due to my daughter’s allergies. I would NEVER go back!!!
