Very cozy hotell close to the Lanes and Brighton pier. It took us only a few minutes walk to reach the Lanes. Very friendly staff, clean room/bathroom, and continental breakfast included. You can order full English breakfast if you like, you need to pay extra for this. We arrived by car and parked in a carpark 20 minutes walk away.

I always prefer to book into small businesses or independently run hotels, which is why I booked Blanche House. The service was great, from checking in, sorting out a parking permit, the breakfast & checking out. Clean & comfy rooms with everything me & my partner would need, we both enjoyed our stay & would definitely come here again.

Lovely stay, good location and super friendly staff. Car parking is an issue as mostly permit holders unless you want to pay £14 a day. Walked everywhere we needed to once we found a space. Good continental breakfast enhanced by Valentina’s happy service! Room a bit small especially the bathroom and no lift (luckily we were only on the second floor and only had a small overnight case). Individually decorated and tastefully styled rooms.

My husband and I have just returned from a 1 night stay at this wonderful hotel. The staff are so lovely and attentive - We had a great time and can’t wait to go back.

Wonderful hotel, staff were amazing

Had a 2 night stay at this hotel.Staff lovely especially the lady who served the breakfasts.Room was quite small and dark and ensuite could have been a bit cleaner in corners of floor, sink and shower head.

Quiet, friendly and helpful

It was great. Staff were friendly and helpful. Had a great night's sleep. I didn't have need of parking or a high chair so these questions in the review were irrelevant and there wasn't an N/A option.

I loved this charming guest house by the sea! Every staff there is friendly and helpful. I told them I was there for work and they were very accommodating in making the stay as relaxing as possible, communicating with me throughout the booking process too. I plan to come back for a proper vacation next time. One thing I will do next time is to book a room facing away from the restaurant/bar, which was quite noisy till late.

Lovely staff, we arrived late in evening & they were very helpful. Only a quick overnight stay but bed was super comfy & a lovely continental breakfast. Good location.

A really nice hotel. Easy to get to from the station and a short walk from the pier along the front. Very clean room, with extremely nice staff showing you your room. Breakfast was very nice and options to suit most diets. Fresh coffee and toast and amazing porridge. A really nice stay.

Thank you for a lovely stay at Blanch House. Nice room and bathroom. The staff are friendly helpful and knowledgeable about the area. The breakfast is continental but lovely, i had fresh fruit salad, and fruit juice plus fresh baked croissant and toast and a lovely cafetiere with fresh coffee, they also had oat milk available so that was great.
