Late sleepers so missed opportunity to try breakfast. The pool made for a great experience swimming with the grandkid. Conveniently located near stores, restaurants and the attractions we attended over our 2 day stay. Sure appreciated the good working A/C in the room with the 38 degree temperature outside. We felt well accepted by check-in staff upon arrival and departure. A concern, had our disabled daughter in-law accompanied us was cracks and the poor ramp condition (missing concrete transition piece) along the sidewalk between our room and the activity area along the south side of the south parking lot. We look forward to staying again in future and plan to recommend to our friends and family should they be looking for accommodation in Kelowna.

Our two-bedroom suite was clean and air-conditioned, featuring two comfortable beds, though the sofa bed was a little worn out. The staff members were exceptionally professional and friendly. We loved the outdoor seating area with its two large BBQs. Breakfast was decent, but the coffee was on the weaker side. Overall, it’s a nice place to stay, but the aging building is in need of a renovation.

Clean a little small bit ok

Room dirty, carpet full of stains and i do not prefer know what.... The odour of the room was appalling... The bathtub had a kind of crust of deposits at the bottom. We decided to not stay the night and leave in an other hotel for the night (way better for the same price), no question or feedback from the hotel for the why. Run away from this place!

Visiting from Calgary to Kelowna ...nice place great location. Breakfast was decent...liked the cherries in the breakfast:)...get some additional warm breakfast items if possible like waffles ...omlette etc. ..check in and check out was easy. property is well kept ...will visit again.

This is a quaint little motel/hotel. Nothing fancy, but you feel so cared for by the hardworking staff that it doesn’t matter. Nice pool, nice sauna, fun lawn games and clean rooms. I’ll definitely be back.

Room is a basic motel room as expected but costed like 4 star hotel due to the time of the year. Don’t fall for photos. Breakfast is the most basic one you can get. Coffee was horrible.

We were checked in to an unclean room, then it took them over a hour and a half for them to have the room ready and cleaned (we had to remind them we were still waiting for a clean room). We paid a premium to stay because of an event going on and were not offered any sort of compensation.

It was close to Kelowna hospital ,staff was so friendly & helpful .it was clean ,& close to everything .Will be staying there again

Very well maintained building, accommodating amenities, staff was all very friendly and extremely helpful, pool was a bit small but it was quiet, private and well maintained I didn’t get a chance to try the sauna though, room was very clean upon my arrival and the kitchenette suite was very convenient for my multiple day stay, affordable and I’d highly recommend, morning complimentary breaky was also on point. Thank you Recreation Inn & Suites I hope to visit again in the future

Kept up older property. Well stocked breakfast with fresh fruit and boiled eggs. Great linen, clean and large room.

Liked the rear garden area. Very well kept, bbq's table chairs, very clean and comfortable.
