Jessica at the front desk was cold and rude. I've been an Assistant General Manager for IHG hotels for the last 13 years and I would be mortified if my staff was this uninviting to guests. The washing machine should come with a manual. I spent unnecessary time looking up videos on how to use it. My clothes were stuck inside the machine. When we called about a late check-out, the front desk agent was once again very rude. I completely understand properties unable to accommodate late check-out's especially on Sunday's but it was the attitude from the staff once again that was displeasing. So I threw my soaking wet clothes in my luggage and left. The shuttle driver that gave us a ride to our building was fantastic! He was very friendly and had a positive attitude. You can tell the housekeeping team work very hard and pay attention to detail, the room was one of the cleanest hotel rooms we've stayed in. Unfortunately, the rude staff left a stain on our Vegas trip and we will never stay at Grandview again.
