A good hotel with excellent service and friendly staff!

Das Hotel ist wohl ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen aber trotzdem sind die Zimmer gepflegt und sauber. Das Personal ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Hotel ist auch sehr gut gelegen man ist rasch im Zentrum. Auch verfügt das Hotel über eigene Parkplätze. Das Frühstück wahr frisch und ausgiebig.

The facility is a little old but the staff was great and it’s in a great location. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choices and the gated parking lot was a big benefit.

Great location, friendly and knowledgeable staff Room was very clean and comfortable would definitely stay here again. All staff seemed to enjoy their work and made sure our stay was enjoyable.

Le seiche serviette était sale et impossible d'y faire sécher sa serviette. Pas d'ascenseur qui était en panne. Présence d'animaux sur la terrasse. Difficile de se garer. J'ai trouvé une place et pas certain que cela soit une vraie place. Pas de prestation repas rapide le soir... Pas de mini réfrigérateur... Pour un 4 étoiles je n'ai pas trouvé les prestations à la hauteur.

En el centro de Zagreb con parking, súper buena ubicación. Personal serio y profesional. Lastima que se olvidaron de limpiar la habitación y tuviéramos que esperar un rato para poder acceder a ella mientras lo solucionaban. Desayuno poco variado deberian mejorar y ofrecer algun dulce más

A cidade apresenta pontos turísticos afastados e o hotel não se encontra perto de nenhum dos principais pontos turísticos

Excellent stay at this hotel ,very clean and well laid out. Good location 5 minutes walk to main square. Brilliant breakfast loads of choice. Wonderful staff on reception and in the dining area. Would definitely recommend as we enjoyed our stay here.

All good as usual

The service is very good. The personnel responds quickly to any request. The breakfast buffet is excellent. Variety and good quality. The AC is average. At certain occasions it could feel a little warm. Rooms have a bathtub which may results a little uncomfortable to some guest. Location is a good one. Apart and near attractions at the time. Would recommend is the price is fair.
