Lovely pub hotel right in the centre of town. Had a very nice stay.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, always giving the best customer service. The rooms were clean, comfy beds. It’s an old building so expect creaky floorboards! The breakfast was delicious and freshly cooked. Would highly recommend staying here.

As it’s an old building the stairs are a little narrow in places. No good for disabled people as no lift.

The staff, location and breakfast was very good. The bed was not comfortable at all. The weather was very hot and the room was not prepared for that. We couldn't open the window as it was a first floor and was noisy outside.

Charming hotel in the center of Cirencester with friendly staff. Rooms are on the small side but have everything you need. Note that there is no A/C but there was a fan in my room that kept things pleasantly cool. There is no lift so rooms may not be accessible for everyone (but they can help you carry your suitcases to the room). The bathroom has lovely amenities (White Linen) but be careful getting into/out of the tub as it can be slippery. Breakfast is available in the dining room with multiple tasty hot options and a nice cold buffet with cereal, juice, yogurt, fruit and pastries. Coffee & tea are also available in the rooms. (I suggest making coffee in your room since the coffee served in the dining room is mediocre; this was really the only negative of the stay). We had dinner one night in the pub/restaurant and it was very good with plentiful vegetarian options.
