The first night the ac stopped working. They took a while to fix it. For three days they didn’t clean the room even though I gave them a tip. Upon leaving I asked for a late checked and they charged me which in USA they wouldn’t and they didn’t want to help me contact the taxi service I paid for. The drinks were the cheapest and so was the food. All inclusive means the cheapest stuff I wish I knew!

Excelente lugar para pasarla de maravilla! La comida es exquisita! Excelentes instalaciones, todo hermoso y natural!

En general todo estuvo muy bien

La estadía fue excelente, el personal muy amable, los distintos restaurantes dentro del hotel muy bueno y el trato del personal fue genial!! Tenía estadía de 4 días y lo extendí un día más por el buen servicio que recibí! La playa estaba con sargazo pero se sale de la manos del ellos sin embargo la estuvieron limpiando! 10/10

I felt the buffet lack variety. Our room air never worked. Some staff were rude. Lack of entertainment.

We loved our stay however we did not enjoy the food.

I'm telling you this place is 10 out of 10 and everything was just amazing I've been to numerous all inclusives in the Dominican Republic this was the best price and not only the best price the best at everything it was just amazing. Jose in the front was great at checking in and Monica and guest services was also amazing the only thing I didn't like at all was having lines at the bar no one goes to a bar to wait online that's just ridiculous and also there is no ice machine anywhere on the property that's a little bit annoying also other than that it's just perfect in every way
