Very nice staff, although a little slow when checking in and out but very nice place overall. Would definitely recommend it and come back.

O resort atende bem as necessidade. Fiquei por 2 noites, uma feita com a hoteis.com e outra direto com eles, depois de ja ter ficado em outro resort próximo. O valor pago está dentro do esperado para o que oferecem. O quarto é muito bem cuidado, confortável e limpo. Em relação a alimentação, senti falta de um pouco de variedade e as bebidas (alcólicas) eram muito fracas. No mais, atendeu bem as necessidades. A área da piscina é muito boa e a praia também. Eu recomendo e voltaria nesse resort, pelo custo-benefício.

Propreté et état de la chambre : Chambre insalubre avec des dégâts des eaux causant une flaque d’eau constante dans la douche. Malgré un signalement à la réception, aucune action n’a été prise. Présence de cafards dans la chambre et même dans l’un des restaurants. Restauration : Offre alimentaire limitée, avec une prédominance de porc, rendant le choix très restreint pour les personnes ayant des restrictions alimentaires. Ces conditions ne sont pas dignes d’un établissement 4 étoiles et correspondent davantage à un niveau 2 ou 3 étoiles. Photos à l’appui, je considère que le séjour a été très en décevant des standards annoncés et demande, à ce titre, un remboursement total ou partiel.

Picked this resort on a whim and it was a great choice! The room was amazing and so was the view. Many things todo! The food was okay. Wish we would’ve gotten the opportunity to visit the restaurants. Very kid friendly also, will be traveling again to this resort!

Almost everything was perfect, food was delicious, and staff is very friendly. Buy rooms are old ans our bedrooms sheets were not clean at old. Overall, good hotel.

First stayed at this property in 2012 and liked it very much. It was beautifully landscaped and various types of tropical flowers always seemed to be in bloom. The peacocks were a nice touch too. We went back twice before Covid. This stay was our fourth, and best. This time even more plants were flowering. The lawns were lush green and the palm trees and pine trees are probably 70 feet tall now, providing shade when you want it. There is an abundance of pathways to enjoy walks. The paths are lighted and security is present around the campus. Beach chairs and towels are readily available. Pizza, burgers, and snacks are available at the beach, as well as soft drinks, coffee, and a full bar. The beach has been protected by a sea wall and a lovely pier has just been built. No beach erosion at this resort. There is plenty of room to lounge in the sun as well as in the pleasant pine grove just off the beach. The staff is always pleasant and helpful and there are many English speakers among staff. The rooms are cleaned daily, public spaces are constantly cleaned. The three pools are clean and inviting. There is regular entertainment each night at 9:30 PM and preceding that, there is a children's program at the theatre. The buffet is great, with great variety and delicious food. There are options to eat in several specialty restaurants as well. This property is our little piece of heaven.

1. The room is unsanitary and the toiletries are very poor. 2. More importantly, our body has been bitten by dozens of red and swollen areas caused by bugs on the bed. 3. The food was not fresh. On the first night of dinner on 12/24/2024, I had rotten shrimp and had diarrhea at night. The next day, they used the remaining shrimp for grilling on an iron plate. I thought it was new shrimp, but I ate it and immediately spat it out because I tasted the rotten meat. 4.On the third day, I saw again that the remaining shrimp was used by them to make risotto. I tried, but it's still the rotten shrimp from the previous two days. 5. I'm scared, I can't believe they're using leftover food in different ways to reappear on the table. I can't believe it they use leftover food from other restaurants to serve to customers again in the self-service restaurant.

Resort bem estruturado, ótima localização, praia ótima, opções de refeição e bebidas ok. Ponto ruim é que os restarantes de jantar precisam agendar e há poucas vagas, então você não irá conseguir ter a experiencia de todos os restaurantes dependendo dos dias que estiver no local.

Achei o resort muito bom, funcionários muito simpáticos ainda mais com meu filho. Comida boa, praia excelente, quarto muito confortável.

Please hire a professional baker. Your bread and all related baked goodare dreadful. And please provide better coffee, I am sure you csn afford it. Sorry, but this how I see it.
