Hôtel bien situé dans le quartier de Dokki, ce qui est un vrai point positif. Y a des restauration et supermarché accessible facilement à pieds. En revanche, l’accueil à la réception manque de chaleur et pourrait être amélioré. Le point le plus désagréable reste le contrôle systématique des achats à chaque retour à l’hôtel : une procédure inutile, chronophage et surtout irrespectueuse pour les clients. Côté restauration, le petit déjeuner est sympathique et le manager du service fait la différence par son professionnalisme. En revanche, l’organisation du service café/thé laisse à désirer : il m’a fallu attendre la fin de mon repas pour enfin être servi, ce qui gâche un peu l’expérience. La chambre, quant à elle, est confortable et agréable, rien à redire de ce côté-là.

Hotel muito bom, com ótimo café da manhã, instalações boas, quarto e banheiro confortáveis. Internet boa. Precisa de alguma revitalização por desgaste de revestimentos. Tem boa estrutura de restaurantes e um ótimo bar. À noite teve um ótimo show com uma cantora, gratuito.

I had a very bad experience with this hotel. I’ve never seen anything like this before as it was very unorganized. I also had my expensive shoes lost and when I called to ask about it they said they couldn’t find it. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless it gets renovated.

I stay in this hotel before every year I go to stay in this hotel but this time everything is different reception is all worker is horrible Internet for 5 day No Internet every time I call they told is coming they lie . Noisy you can even sleep all night kids play in the hallway call reception they say they can’t do anything I will not recommend this hotel to any one I stay 15 day if I don’t pay in advance I will leave tha hotel all the worker in reception is miss treated me bad all of the receptionist one worker old lady her name Siham every time I told her to change my room or do something about the noises out side she is very rood I don’t in the pass I use to Leave good reviews I don’t every thing defrent now I give one star for this reception I will never come to this hotel any more one German girl from Germany she helps me get different room

No internet allways I have to call to tell the receptionist about the internet . I move 2 time to different room and it was very noisy I couldn’t sleep at night from the noise kids in the hallway playing
