Great location on the beach, staff was okay, sometimes they weren't around which was annoying, like front desk would go chat with kitchen for an hour and we we were stuck outside waiting. But rooms were spacious bed was good, view was nice and pool was nice so good experience and they had parking but it's on a first come first serve basis or u need to park outside

The room very clean and spacious, with a view to the sea. Breakfast had a very good selection of food. Overall very happy with my stay ☺️

We barely had time to see the hotel. Madeira haas so much to offer! But this is a beautiful little gem of a place and this hotel is right in the middle of it. A bit limited on parking spaces but the only night we couldnt get a spoit was when we arrived at 2am. If you are planning to get up early (leave before 08) you can just park in the street anyways.

Sehr schönes Hotel direkt an der Promenade mit Zimmern, die alle Meerblick haben. Große saubere Zimmer, gute Betten, alles gut ausgestattet. teilweise mit Balkon. Tiefgarage kostenlos (nicht für alle Gäste Plätze, und teilweise etwas eng...daher in Peak-Zeiten vielleicht vorher checken ob ein Platz frei ist). Frühstück mit guter Auswahl, leider eher schlechtem Automaten-Kaffee. Spa Bereich eher klein.

Frühstück war sehr lecker. Uhrzeit könnte jedoch auf 7 Uhr verlegt werden, damit Ausflüge besser durchführbar sind. Personal sehr hilfsbereit. Innenpool gut bei schlechtem Wetter.

I would highly suggest this stay. The location is unbelievable and the hotel itself has got to be one of the best around. Will be coming back here next time in Ponto Do Sol!

Hôtel très bien situé en face de l'océan et à proximité de quelques très bons restaurants. Les chambres sont très spacieuses et confortables. Le spa est très agréable mais il faut penser à le réserver suffisamment à l'avance faute de quoi vous risqueriez de trouver le sauna ou le hammam froids. Rooftop très sympa avec une très belle vue sur l'océan et les toits du village. Un endroit agréable pour prendre l'apéro le soir entre amis. Parking au sous-sol pratique mais beaucoup trop juste ce qui nous a plusieurs fois obligés à garer notre voiture en extérieur. Petit déjeuner très copieux. Possibilité de repas le soir, une boisson comprise, en formule buffet, pour 30 €. La bouteille d'eau dans la chambre n'est pas renouvelée chaque jour. Pour un 4* c'est dommage. Wifi pas terrible. Nous avons utilisé nos téléphones en partage de connexion 4G. Nous étions au premier étage. Éviter de prendre une chambre face au local des femmes de ménage. En effet celles-ci arrivent vers 8h30 le matin et peuvent être très bruyantes: discussion pendant 10 à 15 minutes, chargement du matériel... (remarque faite, sans effet). Il serait bon que tous les clients respectent les règles de savoir-vivre : il est très désagréable d'entendre des groupes ou des couples discuter fort dans les couloirs quand on a envie de se reposer, tard le soir ou tôt le matin par exemple.

In Ponta do Sol aus meiner Sicht das beste Hotel. Direkt am Meer, toller Blick auf Sonnenaufgang und Sonnenuntergang! Vielseitiges Frühstücksbuffet, könnte aber qualitativ besser sein (Kaffee, Gebäck, Eierspeisen waren in anderen Hotels besser, Obst dafür sehr vielseitig). Hallenbad direkt neben der Lobby: einerseits positiv wenn man als Familie reist, aber etwas störend im Eingangsbereich. Ich empfand den Preis zu insgesamt hoch für das Hotel, auch wenn wir insgesamt zufrieden waren.

Front desk staff were very helpful arranging taxis for hikes. Seaview room was very spacious and bed was very comfortable Breakfast had a good variety of food. Tile in swimming pool was very slippery.

This is a fantastic hotel! Check-in was quick, easy, with friendly service. The hotel was nicely decorated and furnished, with lots of seating. The room was absolutely clean, comfortable, spacious, and again very well furnished and decorated. It was stocked with plenty of towels, essentials, coffee/tea, etc. The balcony was nice with two chairs and small table, overlooking the street, beach and water. The breakfast selection was plentiful and delicious! I didn't stay long enough to be able to use the pool and spa. Overall, fantastic stay and I would recommend!
