Huoneen ilmastointi ei toiminut. Huoneessa oli 27,5 astetta yöllä. Kun kerroimme tästä respaan, tuli korjaaja joka puhui vain espanjaa, emmekä ymmärtäneet, mitä hän sanoi. Hän sanoi, että ilmastointi toimii, kun painamme ”automatic” nappia. Meillä oli kyseinen nappi päällä, ja huoneessa oli silti todella kuuma. Huoneen äänieristys oli olematon, ja oven alta kajasti valo käytävälle. Yöllä jos joku käveli tai puhui käytävällä, äänet kuuluivat hyvin selkeästi. Muuten kokemus oli ihan positiivinen, aamiainen oli hyvä ja runsas.

A localização a meio caminho do aeroporto e do centro da cidade foi ideal para mim. Hotel muito confortável. Cada andar foi assinado por um diferente arquiteto, tornando a experiência interessante. O café da manhã é muito bom e a equipe de funcionários atenciosa e amável.

Tv is not regular tv it’s a projector which it kept turning off on its own after 2-3 minutes on.

This is a fantastic hotel. Great rooms, comfy beds and the decor on each floor is amazing. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful too. The observatory bar and resteraunt has great veiws over the city and the hotel is only 15mins from the siaport by taxi and has a metro station conveniently located 150m away. Will be staying again, its faultless.

Et flott hotell som begynner å dra på årene. Det ligger ikke best plassert, men det er 30-40 min å gå til sentrum. Hver etasje er designet av forskjellige kunstnere som er gøy. Fokosten er bra.

É um hotel icônico , os andares projetados por arquitetos são maravilhosos. Hotel é serviço muito bom . Café da manhã excelente.

I can Definitely recommend this property. Customer service was nice, but everything has to be the room service, which is annoying. They do not have a mini bar. Towels were good , the bathroom toiletries were OK but bathroom lighting was terrible so doing my makeup difficult. Bed was comply and the housekeeping guy was really nice. Location was good, around the corner from a supermarket and a lot of stores and also close to the center price was really affordable.
