Got to check in 1 hour and 30mins early - having emailed them to tell estimated check in arrival. To be told no rooms are ready but we can pay a premium to upgrade to go into a room right away. I have never been asked to pay for an upgrade or for early check in - especially at such a big and well known.

Fantastic staff and service.

The rooms were small. The bathroom layout with the open room concept wasn’t very functional. Comparing with other hotels in the region at a similar price point I would go to the Marriott.

Amazing hotel. Lobby, rooms and pool are spot on. Sky bar is lovely! All the staff are amazing, especially Mike and Pond (sky bar).

The hotel is certainly a jewel in the town. Luxury and comfort interiors. Very clean. The breakfast was amazing. Love the rooftop sky bar. Staffs were well trained, helpful, friendly and nice. Hotel is close walking distance to night markets and short grab ride to old town. Certainly, I will go back again.

World class staff - front desk, entrance and luggage, housekeeping, dining, pool.

Amazing hotel in a great location. Price of the room for what I got seemed like I was robbing them. Great breakfast with a brilliant staff.

The hotel was great. The Gad Lanna restaurant, especially the terrace was good. The thing is.. I stayed in hot tub room but I was not sure if the water was totally new.

Noisy air conditioning that couldnt be turned off in the room
