Great place!

We had a beautiful, clean room with a very comfortable bed. The grounds were beautiful and the hosts had a lot of little extras to make your stay even more special. Such as a frozen lemonade stand on the porch. We were very happy with our stay.

Very nice place and the owners are super people and treat their customers very well! I loved it here and would definitely stay here again!

Charming inn, newly refurbished, with tasteful decor. Friendly host, good breakfast. Easy parking and easy in and out. Lots to do in the area. Highly recommend!

Convenient and comfortable - very nice breakfast items!

Room was tight. Bed seemed to be a double instead of a queen. Bathroom fan needs replaced. Loud. Reported to owner. Breakfast is confusing as the brochure shows full style but continental was only offering. Otherwise, adequate and comfortable.

The a/c was a bit noisy. Shut it off for sleeping.

Darling inn. Breakfast was continental but they had excellent muffins and lots of choices. Typical New England Inn; quaint, no TV, very comfortable. I recommend it.

All staff is very friendly. The room was clean and the bed is very comfortable. I will definitely stay here again.

Clean, classic, charming seaside New England inn. Unique in that it isn’t really staffed in the traditional sense but provided much more than we expected - 24 hour guest pantry, beautiful common spaces to relax, fresh cookies upon arrival, and basic breakfast. This will be our new go-to when we’re in the area.

Hosts extremely welcoming and friendly. Easy to come and go. Beautiful common rooms and comfortable, charming room. Very clean and nicely updated.

We had a wonderful time and the owner was great. We had a fun time talking about history of both inn’s. Look forward to returning and doing more next time

Very welcoming. Comfortable common areas for socializing, relaxing, or playing games. Lovely wraparound porch with plenty of seating to enjoy the garden view. Walkable to the beach.

I had a wonderful and peaceful stay. Loved walking on the beach in the evening and morning. The breakfast was delicious and everything was great!

Very lovely clean quiet room. Only one. Hair to sit in and it was wooden with a cushion rather than a comfy soft cushioned chair. Bed very firm and comfortable. Wonderful continental breakfast! Very nice for the reasonable price.

This was a lovely B&B experience! My room was so comfortable. I wish the breakfast included more gluten free and dairy free options, but I brought my own oatmeal to be safe, and a microwave was available.
