Excellent accueil très chaleureux et très convivial. L'hôtel est bien situé et aménagé de façon moderne et cosy. Une très bonne surprise pour une excellente nuit. Merci pour cet accueil.

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. Il est très bien situé, à 5-10 mn à pied de la gare. Le tramway passe au pied de l’hôtel. Cependant, on rejoint le centre ville de Bordeaux à pied en 20 à 30 mn. Les chambres sont très propres, calmes, modernes, certes petites mais très confortables. Très bon accueil à l’arrivée. Personnel agréable et souriant. Je recommande 👍

Mon séjour s'est très bien passé dans cet hôtel. A l'arrivée, le personnel était très avenant et gentil. La propreté de la chambre est irréprochable et le lit est vraiment confortable. Ce qui est juste dommage est qu'à part dans les toilettes il n'y avait pas de poubelle et que le lavabo n'était pas fixe. Sinon, c'était très calme, l'espace de coworking est sympa. Le décor est jeune mais chaleureux. Et le petit déjeuner ... royal ! Il y a tout ce qu'il faut et pour tous les goûts. Le pain est délicieux ! L'hôtel ne se situe pas juste en face de Gare Saint Jean, mais franchement même pas 10mn à pied de la gare. En plus si vous ne souhaite pas marcher, vous pouvez prendre le tram et en faisant un arrêt (Tauzia), vous y êtes ! S'il y a une autre occasion, je reviendrai !

I had a wonderful stay at life hotel, it’s in very close proximity to the train station and all the restaurants and bars of the old town. The hotel was very clean and modern at a very affordable price. But what made the hotel was the excellent staff, they cannot do enough for you, they are so friendly, knowledgeable and fun to talk to. I will definitely be returning to this hotel.

Tiny but very well designed rooms. Comfy bed. Nice shower. Located close to the train station, tram to the airport short walk from the centre of town.

My 2 nd visit to this hotel and everyone and everything was more than satisfactory.

Le lieu est chaleureux, propre, fonctionnel et accueillant. Le petit déjeuner est royal... Le personnel est non seulement sympathique, professionnel, avenant mais surtout soucieux de notre bien être. Il s'agit d'un établissement que je recommande en tout point!

Excellent reception staff, very helpful with making a restaurant reservation for an evening meal. Breakfast was very good value: fresh orange juice(DIY) and home made yoghurt.

Super équipe, très sympa et hôtel très agréable

Staff was nice, one of them exceptionally so, rooms clean and practical, good location, quiet at night. The rooms are very small, two people with two suitcases would have difficulties to fit in. I think there are a few bigger rooms for families, but according to the floor plan most of them are the same size. Fortunately I was by myself, so no problem. Nice ambiente overall, would definitely stay again.

The hotel staff were excellent and nothing was a bother. Happy to switch from French to English depending on the guest language skills. Great secure parking. The light rail passes the hotel front door so leave your car and explore Bordeaux by light rail.

Idéalement situé près de la gare. Personnel au top attentionné,souriant et bienveillant. De nombreux espaces dans le hall pour se reposer,ou prendre un verre .. Chambre certes petite mais fonctionnel...On peut juste regretter cette tendance qu ont certains hôtels à mettre des cabines de douche dans la chambre donc une promiscuité qui peut déplaire à certains ..a savoir pour ceux que cela pourrait déranger . Tres belle deco

This is a perfectly located hotel, within easy walking to the city. The tram stop is practically outside the hotel door with direct tram to the airport. The main train station is also a 5 minute walk. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean with friendly staff. Breakfast was good as continental ones go with the option of boiling yourself some eggs too. The only downside is that the rooms are tiny. It says this on the web site. If you are someone who needs a lot of room where you can walk around then this is not for you. We, on a city break are always out and about so it was perfect for us. Very comfy bed, clean towels daily and a hairdryer. I also borrowed an iron from reception. Few hooks, shelves and hangers for personal stuff. To sum up perfect location, clean very quiet despite being close to tram. Helpful staff and you can buy a drink 24 hrs a day.
