I booked a room at Lemon Tree Premier City Center, but upon arrival, I was redirected without notice to their other property, Lemon Tree Premier 1, as the City Center location was overbooked. This relocation happened without my consent or any prior communication, which was frustrating. One of the main reasons I specifically chose the City Center location was to avoid the noise and nightlife around Lemon Tree Premier 1, which is surrounded by clubs and discos. The area was extremely loud at night, making it difficult to get a good night’s rest. Additionally, the two hotels have different room rates and build quality; unfortunately, I was moved to a cheaper, lower-quality room without any offer of compensation or choice. Service issues compounded my disappointment. The shower only provided cold water in the mornings, which was incredibly inconvenient. The free WiFi was unusably slow, and premium WiFi came at an additional cost. Worse, it took 40 minutes with a staff member just to connect to the free WiFi, as my room number and last name weren’t recognized by their system. Finally, on the second night, my key card stopped working, requiring another trip to the lobby to reset it. This series of inconveniences made my stay both frustrating and exhausting. Given the lack of communication, noise, quality differences, and poor service, I would not recommend Lemon Tree hotels for future business trips. This experience has convinced me to avoid this chain entirely.

I found the bedroom layout unique. House keeping is doing a fantastic job...front desk personals very helpful and quick. The food dept is where i think improvement could be made. Breakfast options could be improved. I asked for 2 eggs, over easy and after a considerable wait i got one poached egg! Using room service i ordered a non veg club sandwich(through their online system) and to make sure that i had ordered correctly I called them and reiterated my order. What did I get? Two Veg Club Sandwiches!!

Quiet location and walkable to local eateries. Staff is very friendly and accommodating.

It is a good property. I wish shopping and restaurants are nearby. Walking is not pleasant, it is more to do with the city than the hotel. However, breakfast is a good spread and staff are nice.

Choice of food in Room service needs improvement. You should also have service of SPA

Good hotel to stay, surrounded in a happening area. Fulfill all basic requirements of a business stay. Breakfast options can be better. Rooms are spacious and clean linen is provided.

Staff was amazing. Very well kept premises. Requests were answered promptly and courteously.

We had a very good 3 day stay at Lemon Tree. The hotel/staff is great in all respects and we enjoyed our stay. The only minor inconvenience was that the noise carried from the adjacent room (maybe thin walls). All in all, we liked the hotel very much and will definitely stay here again!

It was excellent. Location of the hotel is great. The decor is good & well maintained. Ample parking space as well as other area for leisure walk. The staff is courteous & well behaved. Check in was smooth. Break fast Buffet was good but bar is at the front of lobby which is not good space to be there.

The staff at the lemon tree premier city center hotel are not trained properly on how to deal(talk) with the guests. Some Front desk incharges are very poorly trained as doesn't know any basic interaction skills. (Hospitality)

It was my second time n great comfortable only worry was the food of room services very very poor
