Great place and friendly staff!

WiFi did not work in my room. Staff said they would take care. But, not available in room. It was fine in the lobby.

I like that it is clean, spacious, and quiet. The staff is friendly. However, there was a problem with reservations because my reservation through Expedia did not appear on their end. The best part was they could honor the reservation without any problem.

The person at the check in on the day we arrived was very unprofessional I asked her not too keep running my card cause it was going to keep charging me she got upset called me a word that was un called for and un professional among other things saying she was going to mess me up I would suggest you look more into this situation I'm reporting this to the head quarters and never recommend this place to any of my family or friends and I did feel threatened by her actions I stayed quiet for my safety and because she told me she would cancel me out after she already over charged me I was told I will be the extra charge and deposit back in 3 to 5 business days overall it was a very bad experience

Perfect hotel to stay in. It’s comfortable the staff is very friendly and very knowledgeable about all aspects. In just min from main St and all the storefronts and other areas of the town of Hyannis.

Nice upgrades to the property.

The staff was accommodating and friendly but the facilities could use some care. Very little airflow in the room. The guide wasn’t functioning on the television and there were no options to log into your own streaming services. The desk chair was broken.

Comfort Inn in Hyannis is all it is supposed to be. One is greeted by a friendly face. It’s clean. Has parking a decent cup of coffee. Not trying to be anything other than a reliable stop off.

Have stayed here many times and the service is consistent , the price is reasonable and the room is clean, comfortable and quiet. Easy to find and convenient to main street and the ferries
