There were not any fresh towels for our second night- only one bath towel. I was supposed to get an email to sign up for the rewards program and I didn’t, so I signed up on my own. I was told I would get the points for our two night stay on July17 and 18. How do I get the rewards points?

Business - hotel not to the normal Quality of a Holiday Inn I have stayed at multiple across the county weekly for business. Dirty and cheap. There was not even soap in the bathroom to wash your hands - that’s how cheap this place is no tea or coffee options in the room also. For the price I paid $150 a night I felt ripped off in honesty. Was told management had taken the decision to remove tea and coffee from the rooms. Honestly price should be $72 as put it at the same level as a motel 6 or super 8 but at least they have tea and coffee. Bathroom also needs a good bleach perhaps too cheap to buy that - pink mold in bathtub - bring your flip flops if staying here. Won’t stay here again. Cheap skates.

Extremely clean, quiet, comfortable stay. Standard continental breakfast. Friendly hard working staff.

I only needed a one night stay because of the storms. I felt safe and secure in this hotel. It is very comfortable.

This hotel met our needs very well. The service at check-in was great! Room was clean and spacious. I had to go to bed very early to get up and get on the road by 3AM and heard very little noise from the hallways.
