Akra kemer'e 3. gidişimiz. En sevdiğimiz şeylerden biri otel kalabalık olmasına rağmen hiç bir yerde yığılma olmaması. Açık büfede, plajda, snack restaurantta hiç bir zaman sıra beklemedik. Çalışanlar tertemiz ve kibar insanlardı. Denizi çabuk derinleşiyor ve taşlı ama onu bu kadar berrak yapan da bu sanırım. Temiz bir deniz, harika yemekler ve nezaket. En küçük yorumumuzla dahi ilgilendiler. Gerçekten çok keyifli bir tatildi. Akra ailesine teşekkür ediyoruz. Yine geleceğiz:)

C'était mon deuxième séjour dans cet hôtel. J'ai été extrêmement déçu. J'avais réservé une suite au dernier étage, mais la chaleur s'accumule au plafond, rendant la climatisation inefficace. Le bruit des fêtes qui durent jusqu'à minuit est un véritable cauchemar pour quiconque souhaite se reposer. La mauvaise humeur du personnel est généralisée, surtout parmi les employés du service d'étage. J'ai constaté une baisse de la qualité et de la variété des repas. Pour un hôtel cinq étoiles, je le qualifierais plutôt de quatre étoiles bas de gamme. Le rapport qualité-prix était médiocre. Je n'y retournerai pas.

Özel günler için a-la-carte restorandan yer ayırtmak imkansızdı. Personel ısrarla ertesi sabah erkenden kendimizin app'ten yapabileceğini iddia etmesi sinir bozucu. Nitekim app'ten de imkanı olmadı rezervasyon yapmanın. Diğer yandan guest relations ise onların yardımcı olabileceğini söyledi. O zaman neden sert yönlendirmeler yapılıyor. Güler yüz ve samimiyet tatilde beklenen bir hareketken başkalarının yansıttığı stresi yönetmek durumuna kalıyoruz.

Not a 5-star experience – very disappointing stay I chose Akra Kemer because of its high rating, but unfortunately my experience did not match my expectations of a five-star hotel. The biggest positive point was the staff. The reception team, restaurant staff, and especially the coffee shop team were very friendly, polite, and always tried their best to provide good service. The coffee shop was actually one of the few highlights of the hotel. Unfortunately, the hotel itself needs serious renovation. At check-in, I was told my room had been upgraded, but the room was very dark, the terrace faced a wall with no view, and the overall condition was disappointing. The bathroom was old, towels were extremely worn out (some even torn), and the bed linen had holes. These details are not acceptable for a five-star property. If you are looking for a relaxing holiday, this hotel is not a good choice. The noise level is extremely high. Loud music continues from morning until midnight, and even after that it takes a long time for the hotel to become quiet. Early morning noise starts again. With many families and children, plus constant corridor noise and doors closing loudly, it is very difficult to rest. The food quality was another disappointment. Although the restaurant staff were excellent, the food itself was far below five-star standards. The buffet had variety, but the quality was not impressive. The pool area was also overcrowded, making it difficult to enjoy a relaxing day.

Insgesamt ist das Akra Kemer ein sehr schönes Hotel mit einer gepflegten Anlage. Das Essen ist vielfältig und lecker, das Personal ist freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Positiv fand ich auch das abwechslungsreiche Unterhaltungsprogramm für Kinder und Erwachsene. Trotz der vielen Familien wirkt das Hotel nie laut, da die Kinderbereiche gut getrennt sind. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt sind die Getränke. An den Bars werden nicht einfach nur Softdrinks aus dem Zapfhahn ausgeschenkt man erhält beispielsweise auch original verschlossene Cola-Dosen. Leider war unser erster Eindruck weniger positiv. Beim Check-in erhielten wir zunächst ein Zimmer, das weder den Bildern noch dem Standard entsprach, den wir bei einem 5-Sterne-Hotel erwartet hatten. Außerdem war es durch eine Klimaanlage bzw. Abluftanlage vor dem Zimmer sehr laut. Schade war vor allem der Umgang mit unserer Reklamation: Statt unser Anliegen ernst zu nehmen, mussten wir zunächst nachweisen, dass das Zimmer nicht der gebuchten Kategorie entsprach und nicht den Bildern entsprach. Zudem wurde uns mehrfach nahegelegt, gegen einen unerheblichen Aufpreis ein anderes Zimmer zu nehmen. Am Ende haben wir zwar das Zimmer erhalten, das wir ursprünglich gebucht hatten, allerdings hätte das aus unserer Sicht selbstverständlich sein müssen. Dieser Ablauf hat den ersten Eindruck leider unnötig getrübt und Zeit gekostet. Abgesehen davon hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt.

Bu kacinci gelisimiz bilmiyorum, tertemiz bir otel, odalar ferah ve guzel, denizinin ustune tanimiyorum. Kendinizi her zaman cok mutlu hissedeceginiz bir tatil icin mutlaka burayi secin derim. Yemekler de cok ama cok lezzetli

We had a lovely stay and were very happy with everything. The kids loved the pools and arcade, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Mazlum for taking such great care of us at the restaurant and making us feel so welcome. We would happily come back!

Yorumlara bakarak büyük beklentilerle geldik ancak maalesef deneyimimiz beklentilerimizi karşılamadı. Açıkçası işletmenin aldığı beş yıldızlı değerlendirmeleri hak ettiğini düşünmüyoruz. Özellikle servis ve hizmet kalitesi açısından daha özenli bir ekip tercih edilmesinin faydalı olacağı kanaatindeyiz. Misafir deneyimini iyileştirmek adına hem servis personeli hem de mutfak organizasyonu konusunda gelişim alanları olduğunu düşünüyoruz.

Herşey gayet güzeldi, yemekler kaliteli ,personel güleryuzlu,sadece cumartesi günü animasyon olmadı biraz hayal kırıklığı oldu, onun dışında herşey güzeldi..

An excellent set up and great all inclusive resort with excellent staff. Just the small touches like no wristbands, endless supplies of towels and although a big hotel all facilities easy to book/use. A great gym too.

Hôtel de très bonne qualité. Nous avons passé une semaine avec nos 2 enfants. Les animations sont de bonnes qualités sans être en continue. Un grand merci à Marwen pour sa gentillesse. Il parle français en plus. La nourriture est excellente et variée. Dans les différents bar, une très belle carte de cocktail est proposée. Enfin oes piscines sont impeccables et le service est top.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Akra Kemer. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything exceeded our expectations. The food was truly outstanding, huge compliments to the kitchen staff for the incredible quality and variety every single day. The bartenders were excellent as well: friendly, fast, and making amazing cocktails throughout our stay. Our room was spotless, very comfortable, and always perfectly maintained. The service across the entire hotel was exceptional; every staff member we interacted with was kind, welcoming, and professional. The beach was another highlight, crystal clear, pristine water and a beautiful atmosphere for relaxing. The animation and entertainment team also deserves special recognition because they made the experience so much fun and kept the energy high every day. Thank you to everyone at the hotel for such a memorable vacation. We would happily come back again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kemer!
