My partner and I are usually active travelers - we spend most of our time exploring, and our accommodation is mainly just a place to sleep and have breakfast. However, this holiday was meant to be different from all the others. For health reasons, we really needed to slow down, reset our minds, and fully relax for once. If you’re looking for a place where there isn’t much sightseeing and all you want is good food, drinks, and time to relax by the pool or the sea, then this is definitely the right place. The food was diverse and absolutely delicious - from the huge selection at the buffet restaurant to the wide range of à la carte restaurants. What surprised us positively was the kindness and professionalism of the staff. We had the impression that the hotel mainly caters to guests from the biggest country in Europe, but at no point did we feel treated differently. Full respect to the team for their multilingual skills - it’s truly impressive how many languages they speak and how smoothly they communicate with guests from different countries. Perhaps the only small remark would be that the bellboy could improve his English slightly, but overall the service was excellent. What surprised us negatively is something the hotel unfortunately has little control over - the behavior of some guests. The amount of food waste was shocking. People were piling their plates with far more food than they could possibly eat. In the à la carte restaurants, guests were ordering multiple dishes

Merhaba çok yağmurlu bi hafta olmasına rağmen hiç sıkılmadan 4 tam gün geçirdik. Hem restoranlar hem barlar çok iyiydi. Gercekten otelin müşteri odaklılığı her çalışandan hissediliyordu

Otel her kategoride mukemmel hizmet sunuyor. Personel hizmet ve güleryüzlülüğü, yemeklerin lezzeti 1 sinif gercekten. Tesekkur ederiz

Hizmet harikaydı. Odayı 2 tek yataklı istememe rağmen birleşik tek yatak vermişlerdi ama zaten yoğun diye sorun etmedik. Hamam bölümünü ben ve çoğu odada kalanlar kadın erkek ayrı olmadığı için kullanamadık malesef. Kışın tatilimizi yaptığımız için de kapalı alanlardan başka kullanabileceğimi yer yoktu. Umarım ileride hamamı ayırmayı düşünürler.

Evet odamız temizdi , yemekler hep güzel zaten ve otelin ortamı çok sıcak

The room was very big and clean. Was including 2 rooms with sliding door in between, 2 bathrooms. Staff was polite and helpful. SPA and Gym are very good! Coffeemaker with capsules was in our room which is not typical for Turkey. Cons: The parking lot is really small for this size of hotel. Many cars were blocking each other. The beach is small too. Restaurant has a big choice of dishes but non was WOW! It's clean, well organized but "no spirit". Maybe it's just me... We were kind of unlacky. Our room was facing the stage where musician was performing from 21:00 to 23:00. My kids couldn't sleep. Keep it in mind if you planning to come with kids. Overall I would recomend this place.

Odalar temiz, çalışanlar çok ilgiliydi. Yağmurlu havalarda iç bölümdeki bar ve kafelerde sıra oluyordu.

Odaların temizliğinden tutun, personel yaklaşımına kadar herşey Kusursuz. Tüm otel personeline özellikle Loby bar Yaren hanıma çok tesekkür ederiz

Mutfağı bir harikaydı , çeşitlilik yeterli ve lezzetliydi. Mutfak şefi özgür bey tüm ürünleri makarna dahil kendilerinin ürettiğini söyledi gönül rahatlığıyla yedik. Tekrar tekrar konaklıyacağız

Oda temizdi. Restaurantda hep yetişkin alanına oturduk, o alandan sorumlu beyefendi çok ilgiliydi. Deniz güzeldi. Yemekler güzeldi.
