Elevator not working and was traveling with a disabled person. AC kept shutting off and room was hot. Was told someone could help with bags to room but he left.

Der Aufenthalt wäre o. k. gewesen jedoch wurde das Zimmer nach der ersten Nacht nicht gereinigt was was wir beim erneuten Eintreffen der Reception gemeldet haben. Auch am zweiten Tag wurde weder das Bett gemacht noch das Bad gereinigt. Einzig wurden die Tücher ausgetauscht und die anscheinend sauberen waren dreckig. Nach dem Gespräch mit der Managerin, die nicht wirklich interessiert war, wollte sie das Zimmer richtig reinigen lassen. Zwar wurde das Zimmer gereinigt, aber nur halb patzig. Es wurde nicht mal gestaubt saugt das Bad war noch voller Haare die Toilette war dreckig das Lav auch dreckig. So etwas haben wir noch nie erlebt. Zwei Tage wird das Zimmer einfach nicht gereinigt, obwohl es dabei wäre und auch am dritten Tag und nach dem Gespräch mit der Managerin ist es anscheinend allen egal. Nicht mal eine Entschuldigung! Und das soll ein Hotel plus sein, katastrophal!

We had a great stay at BW+. Room was clean and spacious! Breakfast was delicious. Menu changed each morning for the hot food choices!

Good location.! Not very big selection for gluten intolerant people.

Noisy

Upon my arrival, the greeting from the staff was amazing. The lobby was clean. The breakfast area was clean; however the rooms seem outdated and moldy smelling. The in room refrigerator made humming noises all night and the AC unit in the room made creaking noises.

The front desk manager was awesome but the hallways and rooms have a strange chemical/musty odor and rooms could use modernization

Staff was so friendly. Great location, clean room.

Location, cleanliness, customer service, room amenities and breakfast was perfect. I came here with my wife and 7 year old daughter and we were attended really good! I also felt safe on property and off the property with them! Sebastian area was beautiful and enjoyed our stay at the Best Western in Sebastian!

Would never stay here again, hotel staff were not nice peovided me with inconsistent information. Was not given the room i booked on the second day. Example (should have walk in shower but had bathtub) Overall the staff at the front desk is why I rated so poorly
