Manque d’animation dans l’hôtel

Lovely hotel with lots of facilities (pools, jacuzzis, gym, activities). Attentive and friendly staff at all times. Great stay.

We just returned from celebrating an anniversary trip at this property. While we did enjoy our stay I do believe it was overpriced for the accommodations. Upon arrival our hot tub was dirty (visible dirt ring) and had a good amount of sand settled on the bottom. They do not keep it covered during or between stays. The room is weathered and in need of a refresh, we're talking sagging drop ceiling in the bathroom, broken toilet seat, and leaking shower. And this is in the penthouse suite! We did the all inclusive, while the buffet was really good there are some weird stipulations around all inclusive. Not all restaurants are included, room service is not included and there are some downtimes where you will not be able to get food onsite without paying. There are plenty of restaurants in walking distance though (highly recommend Burger Club). The spa is really nice (sauna, ice bath, indoor pool) although there was no availability for a couples massage trying to reserve a day in advance. May want to plan that ahead of arrival. Also the property has an app but it isn't super useful because every request you make still has to manually approved by a person, no automated booking confirmations. Also very slow staff response to chat. Would maybe stay again but would not pay for all the extra bells and whistles. Also we got a rental car. This place has no designated parking. Street parking is available but is a nightmare you really won't want to leave you're spot if you can get one!

Trevligt hotell. Vi valde Star Prestige och ett rum högst upp. Då har man egen terass med egna solstolar och egen Jacuzzi vilket vi uppskattade. God frukost och ganska lugn och skön miljö. Ingen strand precis utanför men ville man bada i havet så fanns brygga.

Fantastisk personal. Alltid glada och hjälpsamma. Lite kvalitetsbrister på några ställen (badstege till havet, parasoller, etc). Väldigt fint gym, inte jättestort men funktionellt.

Check- in and out takes forever. Not enough sunbeds for the guests. Room (called suite) was just a ordinary room.

Happy 2 relax days with super friendly staff. Nice gym is also a big plus !!

Fantastic location … walkable to square and also to main centre but far enough that it was peaceful in the evening (only 5 or 6 euro in a taxi up from the centre in the evening) Staff members are wonderful - friendly & helpful but not overbearing. Marc - part of the entertainment team who hosted the tapas tasting - was particularly fabulous. Activities on every day by the pool bar if you want to - not forced or hectic - cocktail making; meditation; bracelet making; hand massage; tapas tasting; quiz etc First time to Majorca and will definitely return and most likely to this hotel

Litt slitent hotell, ikke så bra SPservice som forventet, særlig i lunsjrestauranten. Teppanyaki- restauranten litt skuffende, buffetmiddagen også. Veldig bra treningsapparater, fine rom da vi fikk flyttet det

Mycket bra mat och exceptionell service. Rekommenderas varmt. Lagom med solstolar och tillgängliga platser.

As always the staff are brilliant! The only disappointing aspect was the vegetarian options. The few items they did have, were marked incorrectly. Went to the Teppanyaki restaurant, very disappointed. Prior to arrival explained 1 x vegetarian 1 x pescatarian. The chef was adamant that meant we ate anything except red meat! Not acceptable, for a hotel of this rating…

This was one of the most beautiful locations for a hotel with a lovely area around the pool lots of open space the staff are amazing here. Nothing was too much trouble. Very happy to serve you always smiling. We couldn’t have asked something better. Certainly a very relaxing place to go.

My sister and I stayed for a mini break and the hotel was perfect in many ways. Location excellent, quiet, but a nice stroll into the centre along the waters edge in about 15 minutes. The food was excellent, so much choice and the restaurant was really lovely, nice interiors and gorgeous view of the bay. Our room was nice, apart from the drain smell, but you soon learn to keep a towel over the shower drain. (The cleaner showed us this!) We stayed in a suite which was lovely as we had a lot of space and big loungers on the terrace but the only drawback about these rooms was they were level 1 and right above the bar, so the music was really loud at night. But it wouldn’t put me off coming back. We really enjoyed it.
