Nice and clean

Atlantis was beautiful the place was great. The only thing, staff wasn’t too friendly. Everything else was great

Visitors should be made aware to make restaurant reservations prior to their arrival. Buffet in the hotel is over priced for the food served. Otherwise beautiful beaches pools and property

This resort has absolutely everything you need and the staff were all so friendly and helpful!

The resort itself is stunning—lush tropical scenery, serene atmosphere, and beautiful amenities. Unfortunately, the experience was dampened by consistently rude and indifferent staff. It’s hard not to wonder if the automatic 15% gratuity added to every bill plays a role in the lack of motivation to provide good service. A place this beautiful deserves a team that matches its charm.

A number of the slides were not working.

I loved walking on the property and feeling like I was walking on some fantasy island paradise. The pools with the waterfalls were gorgeous. The beach was clean and crystal blue. I loved every moment.

The beach at Royal Beach was spectacular but facilities at Royal Beach could have been better. No umbrellas or rest rooms on site. It also would have been nice if inflatables/noodles were available.

Everything was unique about this property. The staff was amazing, accommodating generous, kind De activities are endless. I would definitely go back there.

We were a party of 2 adults who stayed 2 nights. For us that was the perfect amount of time. Only big negative that stands out above all is that the guests pays $60 for 3 days. Why when you have already spent $1700 on the room then $400 a night for dinner you pay $20 a day for parking the rental car.My option guests should have free parking. Otherwise overall id visit again.

it’s beautiful but some staff were not friendly and and ice machine was out of order as well as water fill station on our floor tv didn’t work half the time and house keeping was just okay
