Nice staff, comfortable beds. Walkable to the Aquarium. Near the river and nice restaurants.

Everything about this stay was great. Check in was easy, the room was great, and the location was nice as well. Appreciated the snacks and drinks for sell downstairs in the lobby. Employees were very helpful.

Close proximity to Oklahoma Aquarium & riverwalk restaurants. Clean, reasonably price room, comfy bed, good breakfast. Would stay here again

Property is clean and perfectly situated for walking to restaurants and pubs. A quick Uber ride gets to Tulsa most anywhere in 15 minutes.

Bathroom wasn't cleaned well before our stay. A silverfish was running around before we caught it. Everything seemed to be our or broken durng breakfast.

Very clean rooms, normal breakfast, and friendly staff. Several really good restaurants in the area and Uber rides to Tulsa quick and reasonably priced. Returning to the hotel next weekend for a concert.

Room wasn’t very clean. Lots of debris on the floor and it was sticky

Friendly staff and lots of coffee shops and small restaurants within walking distance. Clean facility overlooking the river. "Free" breakfast good.

This hotel is half renovated and has an awful smell to it. Almost smelled like a hospital but definitely smelled like mildew. On our second day there we didn't have hot water. Then when we finally did, it lasted about 3 minutes. On our 3rd and final day there, out smoke detector went off at 6am and the person at the front desk didn't know how to turn it off. They called maintenance and a manager but nobody answered. And the font desk attendant said "I'm so sorry, I don't know what to do and I've been here 16 hours and usually don't work overnight." 16 hours is a lot, but that doesn't mean you cant figure it out. Additionally, I'm sure smoke alarms don't only go off at night, so only working days is irrelevant. This was not a good stay and I do not recommend this place at all!

Overall we had a very nice stay here. The staff was friendly and the hotel is conveniently located. I did see a few things that looked a little run down. Most of all I was disappointed with the pool. I took my son down to the pool and the water was freezing cold. I tried to wade around to get used to the water temperature but I just couldn't do it. In fact I didn't let my 5 year old swim at all, that's how cold the water was. So I had a very upset child because he had his hart set on swimming at the hotel. I'm not trying to run it down because there were many other things we liked. I did like the location, we felt very safe, the beds were comfortable, breakfast was good and the staff was friendly. Overall I would recommend this hotel as a good place to stay.

The desk staff were very friendly and willing to offer assistance.

Carpet tile is very dirty. Furniture was dirty and the sleeper sofa was broken. Towels were clean but stained. Not enough lighting. Bed was very comfortable, sheets were clean. Bathroom was clean. Staff was responsive to concerns and accommodated a change of room. Probably would not stay there again. This Holiday Inn Express needs serious remodeling, new carpets and furniture.

There were a bunch of ants in the room. We didn’t get there until late at night and really didn’t notice until the next morning. We told the front desk when we left, we didnt ask for any kind of compensation but none was offered, not even an apology.

Noticed our room was covered in ants,window sill,on the bed,floor,wall above beds.Reported it soon as we got in room.Tried to deal with it but that room was covered so had to be moved.Due to fear this new room might have them too was scared to go to bed.
