Lived our stay. Shower was a little tricky to figure out but we got it. So glad it is a 24/7 since we arrived later than expected. Lovely breakfast and baggage storage while we exploded

The hotel is located in a very convenient spot in town, few steps away from the train station and bus stops with plenty of shopping and dining options close by. The rooms at the hotel were spacious and clean and excellent service while checking in and out.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit einem guten Frühstück und motiviertem und freundlichem Personal. Aber auch dem einen oder anderen Kritikpunkt 1. Kritikpunkt Badezimmer Es gibt nur eine kleine Badewanne mit Duschwand. Diese Duschwand ist sehr kurz und für große Menschen ist das Duschen mit der Handbrause umständlich und mit einer Badüberflutung verbunden. Warmes Wasser im 2 Stock erst, nachdem Wasser 3 Minuten gelaufen ist. Hier wäre eine größere Dusche anstatt eine kleine Badewanne mit Duschwand sinnvoller. 2. Kritikpunkt W-LAN Im Hotel gibt es ein W-LAN und das Zimmer hat sogar einen eigenen Router / Repeater. Dieser baut jedoch wenn überhaupt nur ein sehr sehr schwaches W-LAN auf. Die Verbindung bricht ständig ab. Das ist für ein 4* Hotel stark verbesserungswürdig. 3. Kritikpunkt Tiefgarage Die Tiefgarage ist schon sehr alt und somit lediglich für kleinere Autos geeignet. Parkplätze sind sehr sehr klein Sobald ein Auto größer als ein Passat ist muss man schon sehr aufpassen, dass man nirgends hängen bleibt oder sich den Spiegel abfährt bzw. bei der Ein- und Ausfahrt die Felgen verkratzt. Familienzimmer ist sehr groß :-) Die Pancake Maschine beim Frühstück ist ne witzige Idee. Die Kinder hatten hier ihren Spaß. Allerdings ist die Wartezeit hier deutlich zu lange. Gerade wenn in der Schlange 5 Leute warten. Ansonsten ist das Hotel zu empfehlen.

Many tour buses use this hotel. Noisy outside during the evening/night due to people, smokers, and traffic circle. It was difficult to get sleep if you needed the windows open due to noise and smoke. Some rooms have nicer views of the castle. Dining area could be very busy if tour buses were there at the same time. Nice selection for food. Very convenient location to walk to the old town area with many restaurants and beautiful sights to see. Very close to the train and bus station as well.

Very good atmosphere and convenient location for sight seeing and shopping.

Great arra and staff, rooms were comfortable

It’s an older hotel, a bit dated, but overall good. The rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet. Beds were comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic with lots of options. It’s very walkable to old town, shopping and restaurants. They give you a bus pass for local transit and to/from the castles. The boat stop is just a block away. I’d definitely stay here again.

Sehr kulantes, freundliches Personal. Technischer Zustand (Elektrik) nicht zufriedenstellend. Viele Japaner, zuwenige sehr kleine Aufzüge.

The breakfast service and staff are excellent, and location of the hotel is wonderful to explore the old town. Only thing is the hotel floor is old carpet, which makes me not feeling comfortable.

Schönes Hotel, viel zu bieten und an Service. Fie Tiefgarage ist kur ziemlich eng aber super Hotel und super nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal.

Truly loved everything about this place. Our room was huge and incredibly clean. The beds were comfy enough and we could adjust the temperature in our room to our liking. Breakfast was included and was decent. Overall the hotel was very quiet and there’s an underground garage to park. It’s close to the castles and good restaurants. Just a note, the garage is VERY narrow. Like insanely, narrow.

Danke hat alles gepasst.

Kein zusätzliches Kissen und keine Decke, kein Bademantel, keine Minibar, kein Radio oder Radioprogramme im Fernseher, die ganze Nacht Klopfgeräusche, anscheinend aus dem Heizkörper, beim Frühstück war der braune Zucker zu Ende. Auf Nachfrage/ Kommentar vom Personal „der ist im Keller“. Vom vier Sterne Hotel weit entfernt!

Very near to train station (but not loud, train is end of the line so not passing through traffic). Staff were very friendly and spoke English. Easy walk to old town area and great views. Bus to the castles picks up right across the street by the train station. Room was spacious and clean. Room stayed comfortably warm in the winter.
