Cleaner tubs

The Hotel was very run down. There were signs of an aging Hotel with minimal upkeep. The rooms were very musty-smelling and humid. Partial maintenance work done. I chose Holiday Inn because of their reputation for being a very nice Hotel. This was far from being on brand for what I have been in before.

The front desk ladies were super helpful!

From the moment I reported what had happened, the staff at the Holiday Inn Express became a beacon of calm and cooperation. They didn't just listen; they truly heard me. Understanding the gravity of the situation, they were incredibly sentimental and empathetic, offering not just solutions by providing, live video footage that became valuable to Border Patrol Agents and Texas Department of Public Safetys Investigations,and State Troopers.. That recovered my pickup truck. At the Progresso International Bridge in Progresso Texas. Instead of adding to my stress, the Hotel actively helped lighten the burden, even providing a discounted one-day accommodation to ensure I had a safe and comfortable place to stay while dealing with the ordeal. Their support went beyond the transactional. They were cooperative with every question, every need, every uncertainty that arose during such a difficult time. Everything was amazing

The hotel was in poor condition. A towel had stains on it, the bathroom was dirty, the hall carpet was really dirty, and the dining area was hot and set at 84 degrees on a 95-degree day!

El hotel está muy bien ubicado. Todos los empleados que me tocaron, muy amables, pero la que se saco 100 fue la señora que estaba a la hora del desayuno refilleando bandejas, ella si suuuper amable!!! El hotel en si esta un poco viejito, pero le beneficia que esta a lado del rio y el area verde que tiene super bien cuidada. Los cuartos, aceota les. Le resta punto que no tienen caja fuerte. Las almohadas comodas, el.colchon no tanto. Rl aire acondicionado jala super bien. El desayuno está equis, por elmprecio por noche la verdad esperaría que tuvieran un poquito más, pero es basico, huevo, sausuges, bisquet, papa y gravey, más lo basico de pan, pancakes y yougurt. El cafe es bueno, eso les aplaudo. Les falta ser un poco más ecológicos y un tanto mayor seguridad en tina de baño, porque es muy resbaloso. Pero repito, en genral, bien. Si no quieres ese desayuno, Dennys está a 1min caminando.
