Had a wonderful experience at Second Home Peru. The staff were all extremely helpful and kind to us out-of-towners. We loved enjoying breakfast outside every morning and the food was delicious. I would definitely come back again!

Wonderful art-filled house and grounds in a great neighborhood with cafes and restaurants. Would not want to stay anywhere else in Lima. So fortunate to have booked here. You will not be disappointed.

Un lugar precioso, personal excelente y limpieza impecable, pero un desayuno pésimo, sin agua. La única fruta disponible era una sola fruta de la pasión, una verdadera lástima. Las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas, pero las que dan al mar son muy ruidosas, imposibles de dormir. Incluso tuvimos que cambiarnos de habitación durante nuestra estancia porque la nuestra daba al mar; la otra, en la parte de atrás, era excelente y muy tranquila.

Nice property. Beautiful grounds. I struggle with the access to the hotel and the coordination with airport transfer. I would have been better off using Uber for the airport transfer as the driver was not at the airport when I arrived and I had to wait 20 minutes and was uncertain if anyone would Even show. No response from their what’s app. It was late at night but that is why I prearranged the transfer. Also late at night returning to hotel you have to wake them up which then makes you feel like you are inconveniencing the staff. I ended up waiting for several minutes ringing bell outside of hotel until I was let in. I hope they can improve this system, or just have a night person who stays awake at desk. I also checked out and no one was there to take the key so I just had to leave it at the desk. This is probably better for people who only leave the hotel from 8am - 8pm or so.

Clean room, nice staff, beautiful views

Absolutely loved this hotel. The property is stunning and a destination of its own. The bed was super comfortable and the shower good. In a lovely location with amazing views and at the end of a street full of cafes and restaurants.

Me encantó que conservaran la mayoría de detalles originales en la decoración y en la arquitectura de la casona. Sugeriría que si fueran a reemplazar alguna puerta, lo hicieron por otra de madera o fierro para conservar el mismo estilo de origen que es lo que atrae y completa la experiencia

Beautiful property overlooking ocean. Enjoyed the artwork throughout the property. Excellent breakfast in the garden. Loved the neighborhood too. Only odd thing was being charged for a couple of bottles of water. Everywhere else we stayed in Peru bottled water came with the room.

The staff was responsive, and the space is beautiful! The art is incredible, I recommend learning about the artist. The staff held our bags all day and helped us when our flight was landing at 1am

Great location and spacious room, pleasant staff and good breakfast too. Room with the balcony was awesome for watching surfers and sunsets!

Hotellet är beläget i en äldre fastighet med vackra mörka trägolv och högt i tak. Hela hotellet är fylld med konst - tavlor och stora bronsstatyer som ger en unik upplevelse. Sängen var otroligt skön. Frukosten serverades k trädgården och var utmärkt. Gott starkt kaffe, nybakade frallor, perfekt mogen avokado och ägg enligt ditt önskemål. Fastigheten ligger belägen högt uppe med utsikt över havet. Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Hotellet har ett mycket bra läge i ett tryggt område med massor av restauranger inom några minuters gångavstånd. Det enda jag saknade på hotellet var en solstol vid poolen. Jag rekommenderar detta hotellet.

Once again my wife and I had a great time at our original meeting place (16 years ago!)....Great view of ocean over our perch on the cliff....Great breakfast with coffee, breads and fresh fruits....Staff was super attentive and bent over backwards to accommodate us... Such a great grounds and architecture, even got to swim in the "Puma Head" Pool! Will definitely come back again.

Beach view was excellent. Really neat place to stay and learn about the artist Victor Delfin. We got pleasantly surprised by the included breakfast. Staff made themselves available to check us out and order a taxi at 3am. The area it is in is very walkable. Highly recommend.
