Personal eficaz y amables, pero según el hotel no correspondía el precio de la reserva con el que me cobraron , me cobraron más y todo y a pesar de enseñar fotocopia de la reserva y del precio. La habitación muy pequeña y con poca luz ,sin ninguna silla . El baño bueno. Y la limpieza buena.

Excellente position géographique et qualité de prestations

L'hôtel est très bien. Par contre, nous avons eu une anédocte assez désagréable concernant le petit déjeuner. Le 31.12.24, lorsque nous sommes arrivés, les petits déjeuners continentaux étaient à 18.-. Le lendemain, nous avons dû payer 22.- car les prix venaient de changer... Pas très commerçant comme approche ai-je répliqué à la personne de la réception. Bref, le procédé est douteux, maladroit pour le moins.

We stayed only one night but the hotel was clean and the staff went out of their way to suggest activities and restaurants for our time there. We would stay again.

Walking distance to most popular places. We were given free public transport tickets for our whole stay which was quite useful and a nice surprise.

This property is strict with there no return policy. Even when being denied boarding on a plane and cannot make it. They still would not refund my money. Will never book with this hotel again.

Lovely old hotel close to the old town with lots of places to eat close by. 2 tram stops connecting the city sites. Lovely

A few disappointments - the room was tired and could have done with some modernisation - the bed was very hard, the fridge was not cold and the safe didn’t work - extremely disappointing that I’ve had to chase for our deposit to be returned - we paid a lot of money to stay here and sadly left disappointed

Very nice hotel , I recommend

A good boutique hotel. We stayed in the newly renovated rooms which I highly recommended. I am impressed with the attention to details such as providing Clarins products for guests. We had a great stay. Thank you!

This hotel was the most disappointing out of the 4 we stayed in. The room we had the air con was broke men and they replaced it with a loud cooler where we had to keep the window open for the pipe. They had no spare room they could offer us. Staff tried their best but not much they could do. Good location for food. Bed was comfy if we could get past the heat.

The property is a traditional building but rooms clean and in a good decorative state but small. Staff are friendly but not at all forthcoming. Facilities are poor: the seating area is small and windowless and has no services at all. The restaurant and bar are closed on Sunday and Mondays. The menu is almost exclusively fish with no vegan or vegetarian mains options. The location is within walking distance of the old city, parks and city centre. Quite a few cafes and restaurants nearby but quite busy with traffic and noise.
