Awesome visit, thank you!

Stayed for 10 nights. Never had my room entered by cleaners even tho no do not disturb sign was never put on handle. Day 7 I had to get sheets from desk to change bedding. I left notes and told front desk daily to get bedding changed. No luck with that. They told the cleaner doesn’t speak English so it’s impossible to talk to them

You definitely get what you pay for but the walls in the hallway had blood on them? Wouldn’t stay there again.

Very out dated. Web site said they had an indoor pool. They do have one, just doesn’t have any water in it. The morning breakfast was horrible

The room was dark and wasn’t very clean. The bathroom door was in bad shape, the shower bar is missing and the couch needs to be thrown away. It’s so nasty I’m not sure why it would be left in the room.

Property is older and needs some fixing up.

Just very run down. Musty smell. Broken bathroom fixtures. Needs a paint job

Wonderful room 6th floor facing the river. Helpful nice staff. Disappointed in Tony Roma restaurant staff! We recommit hotel but not restaurant

I showed up to the hotel and I was informed the room I booked was double booked and I would not be able to stay in that room. (It happens I get that.) I was informed that my reservation would be canceled and no charges would be made. I was given different hotels to try and I ended up finding a different one and relocating to a different hotel. The next day a charge was attempted on my card by the Ramada Hotel, despite being told that my reservation was canceled due to the overbooking of the room.

Great customer service!! Rooms were in good condition

Went through 4 rooms total in a night. First room smelled like human secretions and the bed wasnt even made. Second room the bed smelled like pee and the carpet was awful and filthy on top of several of the items throughout the room. Third room had an earwig infestation and the shower was broken. The last, and thankfully final room after a long haul on the road, was the last. Still a bit musty but everything worked.

Breakfast 7-9. Got there at 8 all gone

I WAS VERY DISSAPOINTED AS FAR AS POOL NOT OPEN...IT IS WHY I CHOSE IT.NOT ONLY DOES IT NOT SAY ITS CLOSED ON UR WEB SITE HOTELS .COM DOESNT KNOW IT EITHER...VERY UPSET I WANTED 2 SWIM OR HOT TUB...FOUND OUT ITS BEEN CLOSED SINCE COVID...WELL ITS OVER OPEN IT!! OR AT LEAST HAVE IT ON UR SITE ITS NOT OPEN..THATS FALSE INFO..NOT HAPPY...NO FIRE ALARM IN ROOM AND PETSON AT THE FRONT DID NOT TELL ME ABOUT 100.00 DEPOSIT THAT I COULD PAY CASH OR CARD..SO BY THE TIME I WENT 2 ROOM I GOT A MESSAGE FROM CC THAT I WAS OVER THE LIMIT...THEY STILL DID IT FOR ME BUT I NEED A CREDIT CARD 2 EVENT I WAS GOING CAZ PARKING ONLY TOOK CC...SO IT LEFT ME IN A PICKLE...ICE MACHINE BROKE DOWN ON 3RD FLOOR I WAS ON 2ND FLOOR SO HAD 2 GO DOWN 2 FIRST.. FLOOR CARPET WAS STICKY BY TABLE BUT IT WAS OK..BUT U REALLY NEED 2 SAY ON WEB SITE NO POOL OR GET IT UP AND RUNNING..

It needs to be updated. dirty black mold on the lip of the bathtub

Pool was empty. Key didn’t work 2nd night I was let in but never got an active key do I couldn’t leave my room. Had to call staff as no one was at the Desk. Breakfast was 5 pancakes, toast, dry cereal. Towel rack was gone in bathroom, and I believe smeared poop on the wall. All room appliances were unplugged and plugs by bed wouldn’t hold a iPhone chareger plug it just fell out of the wall. Won’t stay again at any of their facilities.

The photos havent been updated since they open the place. In hindsight the lobby was a tell all. The pool has been out of service since Covid started. The continental breakfast included donut holes, toast, cold cereal, and a pancake maker. The orange juice machine is broken with a push hard sign on it and they upgraded my room 3 times with every room being consecutively worst then the last. They also charge a 100$ coincidental fee knowing that the rooms are already damaged.

The hotel room was not like the the property pictured on your site. The rooms are old and smelly. There are holes in the walls. I attached pictures. One was a dead roach under the covers on the bed. I also saw a live roach crawl out the dresser. The other picture is what the bottom of the mattress looks like. The phone in the room did not work nor the fridge. Move to another room and it smelled also. Did not stay the night and asked for a refund. They refused. Please Hotels. Com not sending people here. The hotel is nasty and the health department should be called because they service breakfast with roaches in their roomss
