Great stay but odd that the pool is an extra cost!

Assez bruyant sur e cotes à cause du tramway. Faut regarder dans les détails pour se rendre compte que piscine et parking sont payants (vout assez élevé)

Good location and nice views. Due to the sheer volume of people in the hotel breakfast can feel busy and crowded. While our hotel room was nice, there were areas of the wall that had peeling paint from damp, some cracked tiles in the bathroom and a tap in the kitchenette which was on a broken worksurface so was wobbly. During our stay our room was not cleaned and we had not put any signage on the door - so that was disappointing. As such we had to request milk from the cleaner and were met with a tone of being an inconvenience. While we had asked the opening hours of the pool upon checking in, they failed to mention the last entry time. Overall, a nice hotel but there were elements which could have been enhanced

The hotel breakfast was very tasty. There was a large selection of hot and cold dishes. The food was good quality. We received free drinks at the reception bar... However, the bar was closed. There is a swimming pool, but unfortunately, it costs an additional fee – 15 euros per person. In our opinion, the price is too high. Usually, the swimming pool is included in the room rate.

Enough choices at breakfast.

The room was clean. Had a lovely view of the Danube river and the UFO. Great location. In the old town with bars and restaurants over the road. Bus station also over the road if you are looking to get transport it is really easy. Good facilities, although you have to pay extra for the wellness centre if you have a basic room. This was not stated on Expedia before booking. It was €15 extra per day to book the wellness centre or the hotel sent me a message via Expedia stating we could book the wellness centre for €10 for one day. The steam room was broken. The pool was open and they had two saunas. Good selection at breakfast. Some of the food was cold however. Had a good night sleep. Did not really hear people in the hotel which was good. There is a club under the hotel. The club was not open as we stayed during the week but I can imagine it getting a bit noisy on a weekend if your room is on the first floor.

Hotel in prime position for Bratislava old town with view of the castle and on the river Danube. Close to the bus terminal Monty SNP and tram stops. First time stopping at a Radisson hotel. We had a suite, great choice at breakfast and the Spa a bonus. Easy check in and out. Highly recommend.

Room, hotel, location, staff were all excellent. Only downside was the TV wasn't working, and the room had ran out of body wash.

Ubicación perfecta

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war eine absolute Katastrophe und in keiner Weise akzeptabel. Unter unserem Zimmer befand sich direkt ein Nachtclub, an Schlaf war überhaupt nicht zu denken. Der Lärm war derart extrem, dass eine Erholung während unserer Durchreise gänzlich unmöglich war. Es ist aus unserer Sicht schlichtweg verantwortungslos, ein Zimmer über einem Nachtclub zu vergeben, ohne Gäste im Vorfeld ausdrücklich darüber zu informieren. Wer ein Hotelzimmer bucht, tut dies in erster Linie, um schlafen zu können. Genau das wurde uns hier verwehrt. Auf unsere Bitte hin, das Zimmer zu wechseln, wurde uns lediglich mitgeteilt, dass das Hotel ausgebucht sei. Statt eine echte Lösung anzubieten, wurde uns ein Nachlass von 30 % vorgeschlagen, was angesichts der Situation vollkommen unangemessen war. Erst nach langem und unnötigem Hin und Her wurde uns schließlich eine vollständige Erstattung zugesagt. Wir sahen uns gezwungen, mitten in der Nacht das Hotel zu verlassen und kurzfristig eine andere Unterkunft zu buchen. Ein derartiger Umgang mit Gästen ist nicht nur enttäuschend, sondern absolut inakzeptabel. Wir können dieses Hotel unter keinen Umständen weiterempfehlen.

In city center, perfect location for bars, shops, restaurants. Very nice gym Pool looked nice but was 15 euro to use per day. I did not use it. Looked empty most of the time. They should reduce that rate and it would get used more.

Breakfast was excellent,room is clean, hyigenic, staff was helpful and good, room view is nice ( partial view of danube river)
