Perfect location to restaurants and shops. Walked everywhere without needing to drive. We used the covered parking in back of hotel.

Best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. Property itself shows its age, and was neither really great nor really terrible. Location is very convenient to all the Leavenworth attractions, and is within walking distance of an amazing array of shopping and dining options.

This hotel was more than we anticipated. The front desk staff was very friendly and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again. The room was very clean and well stocked with everything you need. You can safely walk within a few minutes to all the attractions in various directions. The breakfast was large and fresh. They have a nice large outdoor deck or indoor dining room both with a mountain view as an seating option.

The staff were excellent, friendly and helpful, really enjoyed our stay. Definitely will return

It is an older place, but clean and the staff was very helpful, friendly, and courteous.

This hotel is under renovation. My party was given a room on the second floor; with no elevator. All the doors to the second floor rooms are not on the hinges. There is plastic on the floors of the hallway. There is Sheetrock dust everywhere. The smoke alarms are covered over. The room does not have all of the furniture. The air conditioner is something that an individual uses in a small home. There is no way this room should be rented. I contacted Hilton and got nowhere. Extremely frustrated….

Parking is tight and difficult to navigate, the pool was nice, but over chlorinated, and though the rooms have been revamped, you can still tell that they used to be sketchy. Like they were clean, and parts were nice, but the walls still seemed grimy, and the bedroom carpet was old. I probably wouldn't stay here again just because parking was such a pain.

My stay here was excellent, no complaints.

The staff at the hotel was amazing!! The pool and hot tub were great as well. It was tough to find parking from time to time but that’s okay

The bed was pretty comfortable but the bathroom was very dated.

the hotel was within a 1/2 mile from town square easy walking distance. Very clean and the breakfast was great, lots of choices and very fresh. Staff were very friendly at check in.

This was our second stay here. The room was comfortable and the air conditioning quiet. There was some street noise but it was to be expected since we were on a highway.

Older hotel with some room updates. Room was very small but clean and quiet. A few of updates had been made such as vinyl flooring and new bathroom vanity and flooring. Hotel staff were very kind upon check in. Good location but parking is tight!! Would most likely stay here again.

The room was fine, and clean. Lots of room. Restaurants and quaint shops within walking distance. Breakfast was excellent! They even had biscuits and gravy.
