Fabulous helpful staff, good food. Construction in the area makes walking in the neighborhood challenging. Renovations on site meant noise during daytime hours. Especially appreciated the help from Edgar to plan our daily excursions.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Hotel staff very friendly and polite. Location excellent. The pool very clean. Overall 10/10. Amazing buffet breakfast. Will definitely go back to this hotel in the future.

I will give our experience an excellent mark. Very helpful staff, clean room with sea wiew, plenty of different places to eat. Was surprised with actually good breakfast. Did not much exploring the area especially beach (stormy weather), but for short stay (we stay only 2 days) it was amazing.

The property location is amazing. Right along the sea but property needs a bit of overhaul as it’s a bit aged property. For example the plug sockets are still old eu pins , the plumbing makes sounds and the carpets needs more deep cleaning but overall the property is nice and very spacious.

建物が古いせいか、臭いがとても気になりました。デスクが窓側になくて日中に作業するにも薄暗い。 ドライヤーがなぜかデスクの引き出し入っていて探した。 ベッドの臭いも強く６日間の宿泊で1度もシーツの交換がありません。 トレーニングルームは午前6時からの利用となっていましたが電気も付いていないし、スタッフにつけてもらったがランニングマシーンの電源が入っておらず使えない状態。 1番残念だったのが、施設情報にランドリー設備と記載されているにもかかわらず、ランドリー設備がなかった事。長旅にだったので洗濯をしたかったのですができなくて困りました。

This property is dealing with massive construction next door and are bending over backwards to help guests. Getting to the property by car is nearly impossible when the road is closed due to the new building going up next door. Breakfast was awesome, room was clean and staff were amazing!

Nice hotel. Great staff. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Several good restaurants at the hotel and lots more nearby. Room was spacious with a nice big balcony. Overall, good location, within walking distance to shopping, nightlife, etc. Excursion desk in the lobby with staff to help answer questions or help book tours. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Despite the cleanliness of the property there was a dank and moldy smell in both the hallway and our room. Staff was very kind, friendly & accommodating. Amenities were not utilized due to weather on our end but the pools looked beautiful.

Je vous conseille vivement cet hôtel. Le personnel est agréable, les chambres sont propres, la literie est très confortable, le petit dej buffet un peu répétitif mais très bon. Le spa est top. On s’y sent bien. La saison n’a pas permis que nous profitions des piscines extérieures très jolies. L’emplacement est calme et pas trop loin des commodités.

The facilities are great and the staff are wonderful. Nice deluxe room, spacious with nice balcony. Some of the outer areas are in need of a spruce but the main hotel and pool areas are very good condition. On balance, probs not a 5 star but the staff definitely make up for it and if anything is wrong, they will sort it immediately.

Outstanding and fore coming staff. Good location except for all the construction work going on at the moment. All in all the roomd were a bit dated, however given the price it was a steal.

It is situated on a building site due to new Hard Rock hotel . We werent advised in advance and the disruption was immense throughout . The staff were very good throughout but we would have stayed elsewhere if we had known . Room also very tired with the likes of no working ventialtion in the bathroom etc
