Unfortunately we did not enjoy our stay. This is not a hotel per se. It was a motel room with a very uncomfortable bed, so much that when you moved you heard the springs twang. No restaurant, no room service, no bar open after 5pm. All food opportunities are in the village or adjacent hotel where breakfast is served. Very disappointed since we have stayed here before when it was a fully functioning hotel.

Beautiful Hotel, easy access to the Beach, Shops and Restaurants. Very safe community and fabulous carparking. Rooms are beautiful and clean.

I had a garden view room which was quiet and peaceful. I could hear the waves. Loved the room.

I discussed the double booking with the hotel staff and they said I needed to contact Expedia for a refund request. I have been trying to contact someone in Expedia and I'm going around in circles. If you can help me whoever reads this, please contact me at jennygregor@icloud.com.

Rooms are hallways, are run down! Needs a refurbishment.

Room was clean. A/C filter should be cleaned more often. Overall the hotel is well presented and has a good vibe.

Checkin staff were a bit frazzled. Rooms getting a bit tired over the years. Still good location. Would probably stay again.

Clean room, 2 beautiful pools, short walk to the beach, close to restaurants and cafes

Very dated. The TV was not even a flat screen and very small, the oven looked dirty.

Rooms need a refurbishment, starting to look tired and dated. Furniture and beds are pretty average, tiny tvs and dated kitchen.

Have stayed him many times always impressed at this time they stayed in a hotel room. Not impressed with the hotel style is very small and he gets a kettle. I would suggest staying in the studio or one bedroom apartment. Itself is great great location right on the beach restaurants and cafes within the complex complex. Two shopping centres Drive Kingscliff Casarina. Undercover parking self service. Also continue with a hotel room you think it would be serviced daily not the case you have to request it. But I able to get access to as many towels as you want from reception.

Everything you need here at Salt, Kingscliff. A variety of restaurants and food options. Patrolled beach, pool, tennis and great walking / cycling path. Our room was freshly painted and clean. We chose the breakfast option and the buffet had a great variety.

The room was fine but the view of the construction site across the road wasn't ideal. Also, impossible to get a coffee or any food/beverage service before midday (I know there are options in the food strip around the corner). The ice-cream freezer near the main pool bar was empty most of the time - it's summer? There just didn't seem to be a lot of staff on hand. Reception team were nice.
